This role is responsible for managing and leading Payment function which including Integration payment gateway, premium allocation, premium collection, and suspense management team to maintain premium received as well as persistency.
Candidate is to understand PCLA non-core applications and should be able to enhance and support the applications efficiently by doing a proper impact analysis.
To support and manage the Integration Projects from a technical perspective. Key responsibilities include the transformation of PCLA applications and integration, solution and analysis. Additional responsibilities include the adoption of CI-CD framework, managing SFTP server for partners and strategizing the automation of workflows
This role reports to the Manager, Performance & Rewards and is primarily responsible for designing, reviewing, and managing the performance management process as well as managing the wellbeing initiatives for the Company. In addition, this role will also work closely with Manager to initiate and implement relevant P&R projects.
The position holder is responsible to drive the performance of call centers where we create Best in Class, Best in Cambodia customer experience during every customer touchpoint.
Position holder is responsible for the day to day operational performance of inhouse call centres as well as 3rd Party service providers.
Creating, maintaining, and reviewing customer touchpoints as well as customer experience is key part of the role.
This is a high-profile position where position holder is responsible to drive NPS and act as a customer champion within the business with representation of customer voice driven by data and customer feedback
In this position, individual is responsible for support daily data engineer tasks and various data request from business users. Junior Data Engineer also work closely with Data Engineer to support him/her in key company project/initiative delivery.
