Engineers Without Borders Australia (EWB) is a for-purpose organisation with our National Office located in Melbourne, Australia. We also have offices in Cambodia, Timor-Leste and Vanuatu.
Established in Australia in 2003, EWB works with First Nations communities in Australia and with communities in the Asia Pacific region. We have three major focus areas:

Location: Engineers Without Borders Australia’s (“EWB”) office in Phnom Penh, Cambodia
Purpose
The Accountant is a key member of EWB’s Finance Team, which is responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the organisation.
Summary
This position is responsible for managing EWB’s financial record keeping, payroll, associated administrative tasks and other projects. The Accountant will maintain accurate financial records, provide timely, relevant and accurate financial reports, and ensure the smooth running of related administrative processes. The position is critical to supporting the delivery of EWB’s operational and strategic objectives.
Although the position is based in Phnom Penh, the Accountant will have responsibilities for finances in Australia, Cambodia, Timor-Leste and Vanuatu. This position reports directly to Finance Manager based in Cambodia.
