KCD is a non-profit, non-governmental, non-religious, independent local organization that registered in 2005 with the Ministry of Interior of the Royal Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia. KCD’s vision is a peaceful developing multicultural society, in which the genuine needs and rights of all stakeholders, regardless their gender, age, ethnicity, religious belief, ability or social status, are recognized, respected, and satisfied, in the respect of environment. KCD has three main project components, such as Child Rights, Peace, and Community Development.
Community Development project is a project funded by Quaker Service Australia (QSA), Bread for the World (BfdW) and Community for Children (C4C) which are supported the Inter-Ethnic Peace and Development project (IEPD).
PURPOSE
KCD would like to hire the service of qualified consultant to provide training on environmental, climate change and disaster risk mitigation.
OBJECTIVE
WORK PLAN AND TIMELINE
The consultancy will require engagement with KCD for 8 working days in total. Schedule work complete before 31 March 2023.
Budget package with tax included.
PAYMENT
The Consultant shall receive the payment upon completion and satisfaction of the outputs and agreed work plan. KCD is responsible to withhold tax (if 15% deducted) from consultant and shall to pay to the tax department of Cambodia.
