The National Center for Tuberculosis and Leprosy Control (CENAT) is the legal entity under the Ministry of Health in Cambodia. In order to manage the project effectively with accountability and transparency, CENAT request for Expressions of Interest (EOI) to support to the Third National TB Prevalence Survey in Cambodia (2023) as described below.
Objectives
The overall goal of the third national tuberculosis prevalence survey is to gain a better understanding of the burden and trend of disease caused by TB. This information will be subsequently used to develop a plan to improve ways of TB control and care toward Ending TB in support of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and the End TB Strategy targets.
Primary Objectives include:
Duration and anticipated funding level
It is anticipated that activities will commence in the first quarter of 2023 with a total duration of seven-nine months for the first 52 clusters. The funding will be supported by the budget under prevalence survey for the 30 of the 52 clusters. All training and pre-field work, and pilot will be supported through another budget sources.

Responsibility for Costs
Each Respondent to this EOI is solely responsible for all costs it incurs in evaluating whether or not to submit a Response and in the preparation of its Response. Under no circumstances shall CENAT be liable for any costs or expenses borne or incurred by any Respondent.
Confidentiality
CENAT shall regard and treat all information (which is not made publicly available) as being strictly private and confidential and shall ensure that the same is not disclosed, copied, reproduced, distributed or passed to any other person at any time except for the purpose of enabling CENAT to evaluate the response.
