Interested buyers must submit their bids in sealed envelope to WHO Office, attn: Programme

and Administrative Officer with clear marking: “Bid for Cisco Video Conference Equipment" before the deadline on 20 February 2023 at 5PM. For the successful bidder, a deposit (10% of the won amount) is required, and it will be returned when the full amount is paid. In case the successful bidder cancels own bid after receiving notification of sale award, the deposit is not refundable. The Cisco equipment will be sold as is where is status. Full payment of agreed sale value is required by WHO Office before the Cisco equipment is handed over.
