Research Analyst

Location: based in Phnom Penh, Sangkat Khmounh, Khan Sen Sok, Phnom Penh.

Duties

This position’s responsibilities include:
Conduct market research related to real estate in targeted areas, districts and provinces;
Convert information from primary and secondary sources into presentations and reports;
Collect and analyze relevant primary data such as property sizes, land sizes, selling prices, payment terms, sale rates, sale volumes, launching period, construction period, project total unit numbers, project total gross floor area, corner or intermediate unit prices, main road or sub road unit prices, etc. in order to consolidate information into actionable slides or reports;
Collect and analyze relevant secondary data (economic indicators, private investment data, statistics, housing loan T&Cs etc.) in order to summarize it into actionable slides or reports;
Keep up with new project launches or new phases of existing projects offered by local and international property developers in affordable, mid-range and high-end market segments;
Assess the performance of the competition, record data in extractable files using summary and comparative spreadsheets to support careful assumptions backed by accurate figures;
Follow industry players on social media channels, online marketplaces or property portals;
Issue notes about innovations or improvements in the market (design, best practices, etc.);
Remain fully informed on market trends, government policies, infrastructure, master plans;
Present findings at regular intervals and support the completion of pitch decks if required.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
To monitor new market developments & to ensure the necessary updates on a timely basis;
To regularly inspect existing projects, new sites, sales galleries and major developing areas;
Prepare actionable items such as presentations or reports, manage storage of files/archives;
To contribute to company knowledge, support strategic recommendations or advisory works.
REPORTING:
To the Deputy Director of Business Development.

Requirements

Male or Female, minimum 24 years old, a Cambodian national is preferred for this position;
Min. Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, management or any related field;
Experience in research, property valuation or agency services is a plus but not mandatory;
Strong analytical and communication skills, highly mindful for data accuracy in documents;
Professional command of Google Workspace, PowerPoint and Excel (advanced is a plus);
Excellent command of Khmer and English, both verbal and written, proactivity and integrity;
Ability to work independently, curious, pleasant and well organized with an eye for details;
Good understanding of Cambodia’s property market conditions, trends, supply and demand;
Valid driving license and keenness to be stationed in provincial areas if required by the duty.

IT Officer

Duties

VoIP phone, monitoring and generating report immediately
Monitoring and backup data of CCTV cameras;
Checking and monitoring the Alarm System;
Creating, deleting user, monitoring the access door, and generating the reports;
Image monthly backup/when something has changed for all the servers;
File-Server for keeping the whole data, schedule backup;
Work with Core Banking system supplier to fix any issue that require from the user
Daily backup database and keep in the proper place

Hardware and software troubleshooting

Requirements

A Bachelor degree in Computer Science;
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Knowledge of Windows Servers 2008, Domain Server, File Server; Email Server
Knowledge of Server Virtualization;
Knowledge of technical networks, VPN, Mikrotik and preferable Cisco CCNA, Firewall Server, Vshere;
Knowledge of website development and maintenance preferably Word Press;
General knowledge of hardware, network and information system;
Basic knowledge on banking products and services is a plus;
Good at English communication, both in writing /speaking;
Good communication and interpersonal skills;
Be positive attitude, friendly, hard-working, flexible, honestly and willing to travel
