The group is also in the business of organic and fair-trade rice.
In response to our fast-growing business, Fedrice is looking for a position of QHSE Supervisor.
Job Description
Under the direction of the Factory Manager, the QHSE Supervisor manages, maintains and improves QHSE systems and standards of the organization. In this leadership role, the successful candidate will direct the QHSE improvement activities; support the quality team members and colleagues with QHSE opportunities; develop and/or update QHSE policies and procedures; and develop QHSE programs that will foster a safety-first culture that drives value and efficiency to the organization. Your team will have responsibility for the development and implementation of policies, procedures and systems that support the company’s QHSE initiatives.
Salary: 500 to 700 $ - Bonus upon sales targets
Job Description
The Sales Officer closely works with the General Manager and the Chief Operating Officer based in Bangkok to develop target income goals. Goal-oriented and driven, the Sales Officer will create a sales plan that meets specific benchmarks and offer room for growth. He/she acts as a liaison between customer and factory. Using his/her extensive customer network, the Sales Officer will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability.
