Daikou Finance Plc registered with National Bank of Cambodia as a rural credit institution on 04 June 2014 and was renewed 3rd license on December 30th, 2020. The mission of Daikou Finance is to partner with the public to promote social community economic through providing effective financial service. Currently Daikou Finance is operating microfinance service with loan portfolio of USD2,069,658 as of October 2022 to low-income 453 families living in Kandal Stoeung district of Kandal province, Bati and Samrong district of Takeo, and Kang Pisey district of Kampong Speu. In response to continuous growth, Daikou Finance Plc. is looking for potential candidate to fulfill the position of Head of Finance Department based in Head Office located in Klaing Sambath village, National Road 02, Putsor commune, Bati district, Takeo province.

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Promote DKF’s financial products and services to existing and new clients.
  • Maintain daily records of payment, receipt and disbursement including preparation of receipt, payment and general journal vouchers and preparation of checks for signature.
  • Record all transactions in ledgers and core banking system in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all transactions and maintain files of all supporting documentation for accounting entries.
  • Ensure timely payment of all leases, vendors, staff, insurance payments and other obligations.
  • Manage all cash advance by staff to ensure that they are proper control and settle on time
  • Check all payments and settlements by staff to ensure each payment has appropriate supporting document.
  • Ensure all transaction documents are proper signed by respective manager and Chief Executive Officer
  • Provide technical support to branch staff and feedback on their financial reports.
  • Preparing monthly account reports including banks reconciliation, staff salary and tax calculation, cash, and bank journal etc.
  • Perform any other job-related task as require by organization
Requirements:
  • Must understand and agree on Mission, purpose, values, and objectives
  • Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent
  • 2year relevant experience preferably in MFIs or Bank
  • Proficient in MS office, Quickbooks, corebanking system and Internet & Email,
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Good knowledge in accounting systems with strong numeric and spreadsheet skills
  • Possess self-driven, highly energetic and committed individual who can work well under pressure and within tight deadlines
  • Possess good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have commitment to work with the poor people in the community
