IT Manager

The IT Manager shall establish necessary security measures, prevent and ensure security of data, support in developing and maintaining the websites and other information systems, develop IT policies and manage all IT activities more effectively within NTC Group.

Duties
  • To develop IT policies, procedures, strategies to customize the needs of operations;
  • To act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policies.
  • To establish necessary security measures, prevent and ensure security of data, network access and backup system;
  • To support in developing and maintaining the websites and other information systems (HRIMS, payroll, school management systems);
  • To develop/update school websites to ensure they are running smoothly;
  • To carry out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faults;
  • To maintain computer network, and server to ensure they running smoothly;
  • To support in developing ICT tools to ensure reliable and stable of the technology applied in the NTC Group;
  • To perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Information Technology or related fields;
  • At least 05 year experiences in IT management (education institution is a plus);
  • Experiences in computer network and server management;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command in English of both spoken and written;
  • Working knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods;
  • Working knowledge of information analysis, data governance and networking;
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership/teamwork spirits;
  • Strong commitment to diversity; and Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
 

Academic Training Officer

Location: Head Office

The Academic Training Officer (Khmer General Education) shall implement the kindergarten academic strategies, policies, guidelines, procedures and other operations to achieve the objectives of academic department within NTC Group and its assigned campus.

Duties
  • To design the new kindergarten curriculum and materials which aims at meeting the demand of all stakeholders with competitively educational quality;
  • To support in reviewing the existing programs to know how they are implemented and evaluate the academic leadership and management in a purpose of ensuring the learning and teaching outputs;
  • To monitor, evaluate and improve school curriculum, materials and teaching procedures, guidelines to be effectively implementation.
  • To assure the process of teacher recruitment and selection to fit with the selection criteria.
  • To coordinate the annual TOFEL/IELTS and compulsory exams to improve and strengthen teaching quality;
  • To coordinate student learning assessment to improve and strengthen learning quality;To implement the academic policies, procedures and strategies to supplement the unclearly regulated mechanism;
  • To prepare academic professional development trainings and capacity building programs and deliver to the target groups;
  • To support in classroom action research activities and guidelines to help enforce new concepts of teaching and learning;
  • To perform other tasks assign by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Education Management or relevance field;
  • Minimum of 03 years experiences in KGE academic programs;
  • Good knowledge of teaching and learning assessment;
  • Working knowledge of KGE curriculum development, teacher training and methodology;
  • Good command of English both spoken and written;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Demonstration of ability to work on multi tasks to meet the deadlines and under pressure;
  • Demonstration of good leadership/ teamwork spirits;
  • Strong commitment to diversity; and Working knowledge of MS Office skills on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
