Manager – Talent Acquisition & Culture

Duties
  • Lead manpower planning, reporting and liaising with internal departments to determine recruitment needs
  • Supervise and development of the recruiting and culture team
  • Update current, design new recruiting procedures and inform managers about changes (e.g. job application, and onboarding processes)
  • Handles full lifecycle recruiting for assigned searches beginning with a kick-off meeting with the hiring manager to discuss process and strategic approach
  • Coordinates receiving and evaluating of interview feedback and advises hiring manager in the final selection process
  • Build effective sourcing and assessment talent acquisition project plans, in alignment with department staffing needs
  • Leverage talent acquisition data and insights to build effective relationships across the organization and align to business need

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates
  • Experience with digital collaborative tools for better employee engagement experience
  • Comfortable with data analytics and good experience with data manipulation using Excel

Head of Marketing

Duties
  • Develops and executes marketing and communication strategy for the company branding and image, and for new and existing projects;

Duties
  • Provides the oversight of project implementation for all activities, outputs, and outcomes related to project management and administration which is composed of reporting, budget development and monitoring, financial transactions, execution of project plans, and meeting of project performance criteria;
  • Provides strategic leadership and technical, operational, financial, and managerial decision-making for successful implementation of project activities;
  • Ensures that the project produces the specified objectives and results in the annual goals and workplan(s) to the required standard of quality and within the prescribed timelines and budget parameters;
  • Recommends on changes to a project that is ongoing, or developing an alternate course of action if it appears that the project is not proceeding on schedule, meeting its budget or is otherwise producing unsatisfactory results;
  • Prepares, or aids in preparing memorandums with regards to project status, appointment of consultants, agents, contractors, suppliers, or vendor selections, recommendations for award of contracts, cost variations, value engineering, termination of contracts, or other such memorandums related to projects as necessary;

  • Serve as the main point of contact for event space enquiries from tenants and external clients via various channels (walk-in, phone calls, emails, Telegram/WhatsApp) , as assigned, from start to finish including viewing, booking, billing, managing the event flow and feedback.

  • Liaise with accounting to ensure invoices to clients and payments for all vendors are accurate and timely
