Loan Officer (5 Positions)

Position Summary

Department: Phnom Penh Branches

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Promote loan products and services to existing and new customers;
  • Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment;
  • Recommend and provide report of loan request and loan status;
  • Prepare loan report for supervisor and/or manager;
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • At least 1 years work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority);
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  • Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus;
  • Computer literacy
 

SME Loan Officer (5 Positions)

Position Summary

Location : Phnom Penh, HQ & Branches

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Build new clients in accordance with the guideline to ensure the secured loans.
  • Collect all clients’ information for loan application to verify their eligibility for the loan.
  • Gather valid applicants’ financial transaction by obtaining and filling credit histories, financial statement and other information.
  • Identify and/or assess potential customers through collecting, analyzing and developing appropriate information necessary for loan assessment
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance and Banking or previous SME experience
  • At least 1-year work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
  • Computer literacy
 

Housing Loan Officer (5 Positions)

Position Summary

Location : Phnom Penh, HQ & Branches

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Attract new targeted customers (high net worth customers, high income, multinational or International of large corporation, government and public institution)
  • Maintain current VIP Customers (Gold Club Member, Priority VIP, Potential Clients) and Referral Customers
  • Coordinate Wholesales Department & Gold Club Unit team by managing schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Ensure the adequacy of Wholesales Department-relegated equipment or material
  • Store and sort financial data/report in electronic form and present reports
  • Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material or events
  • Prepare report for management and record Unit and Department’s activities
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy (Ms. Word & Excel)
  • Familiar with Excel functions such as Vlookup, Sumifs, Pivottable, etc...

Teller (5 Positions)

  • Perform over the counter services (Account opening, Withdrawal, Deposit, Foreign Exchange, Internal fund transfer, International fund transfer);
  • Present/Marketing bank’s products and services to customers;
  • Specialist in identifying currency notes
  • Maintain good customer relations and refer customers to appropriate staff for new services to promote business for the bank.
Requirements:
  • University Degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • Fresh graduated or work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority);
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication & Interpersonal Skills;
  • Good command of English, other foreign languages (Chinese or Korean) is a plus
  • Computer literacy.
 

Call Center Officer

Position Summary

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Check card amendment request form (Credit Limit Adjustment, Block Card and Release Card, etc.)
  • Process Active/Suspend/Revoke/Close Card follow customer call request
  • Monitor card activities and authorization (ATM & VISA card)
  • Follow up reject transaction, suspicious and high risk relevant transaction (MOTO/ Ecommerce/Recurring Payment)
  • Support Cardholder troubleshooting
  • Prompt response to internal and external customers’ enquiries over the phone.
  • Solve customer complaint and problem or refer them to appropriate department for solution.
  • Do/Telephone marketing relates to Deposit and Loan Product
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications
  • Fresh graduated or work experience in related field with financial institutes (Priority)
