Senior Air Operation and Products

Job Purpose Statement : To track, update and review timely shipment to networks and customers. To provide customer service and solution following internal regulations and SOP.

Duties
  • Booking
  • Receive & follow up S.O.P from HWL overseas & Sales, feedback if any issue.
  • Contact Customers, Carriers in order to arrange shipments.
  • Document :
  • Coordinate with all parties (Customers, Carriers, Sub-contractor…) for shipping document issuance: HBL, MBL, invoice/packing list, C/O ect… (if required).
  • Update all required information, events timely & accurately in Hellogic, PO track, other systems if any & if required by account’s SOP.
  • Issue HBL and verify MBL and other filings in time and accurate.
  • Billing/invoicing
  • Issue tax invoice /sales invoice to customer, collect charge invoice to HWL overseas.
  • Trace the invoice from carriers/ sub-contractors (for non-credit) & post the Vendor invoice.
  • Shipment following up :
  • Follow up the shipment status (such as pick up, customs clearance, inspection etc....for ex-work shipment, on board, connecting vessel, seaway bill status, telex release etc…) & the payment from customers until everything is settled.
  • Meeting KPI:
  • Ensure all the required KPIs are met (if not, should have proper explanation): Invoicing (timely, accuracy), tracking event, eSI, Carrier data quality, EDI-Prealert.
  • Check Revenue, Cost, GP in system & close Job file in system.
  • Customer service
  • Give problem solution for daily operation issues (for both nominated & freehand) and update promptly to customers.

  • Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Preferable Male
  • Minimum one-year experience in Freight Forwarding/Shipping & Incoterm is plus
  • Fluent in English (writing & speaking) & good office computer skill.
  • Organizational skills
  • Time management and prioritization

  • Adaptable / flexible to high-pressured environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Email, and Internet
  • Proficient in world geography, shipping documentation, and Incoterms preferred
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as freight rates, discounts, and other percentages
 

Sales Supervisor (1 Position)

Duties
  • Identify, develop, and grow new business opportunities
  • Develop strategies and activities to support existing customer relationships
  • Communicate pro-actively with customer and internal personnel
  • Conducting regular review sessions with the clients, including processes for continuous improvement, innovation, and strategy.
  • Conduct customer visit
  • Prepare quotations for services for both potential and existing customers.
Requirements
  • WHAT YOU NEED
  • We will help you to be successful in this role. To start you will need
  • Have at least 2+ years’minimum experience in the forwarding industry
  • An experienced sales professional with a proven record of overachieving on your KPI
  • You have proven track record of acquiring and building new business
  • You have sound knowledge of all foacets of the end to end freight forwarding services
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Languages English and Chinese (advantages)
  • Professional in presentation
  • Prepare Be able to work independent as part of team
  • Self motivated, with the ability of manage time effectively.
  • Able to travel province once a month
