The Advocacy and Policy Institute (API) and Transparency International Cambodia (TIC) are looking for a Consultant to “Review of Legal Framework for Public Procurement Transparency and Its Enforcement in Cambodia”. The review legal framework analysis on public procurement and its enforcement are compared to international standard legal frameworks, identifying strengths and potential loopholes, including access to information practices and conflict of interest prevention mechanisms.
The consultant is expected to work within the timeframe: of 30 days (Aug-Oct. 2022)
