Cashier

Working Days & Hours :

  • 8:00 am – 5:00 pm from Monday – Friday
  • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm on Saturday
Duties
  • Assist customers in inquiries about payments, sale contracts, and any other requests effectively and in a timely manner.
  • Achieve revenue collection target according to the payment schedule.
  • Follow company’s SOP to process customer’s requests.
  • Coordinate with various departments to assist customer’s inquiries within a timely manner.
  • Work to maintain good customer relation to increase more prospective sales.
  • Maintain administrative documents such as sale contracts, requested forms, and/or any compliance forms.
  • Coordinate with related external team to process the title deed.
  • Handover title deed to customers who completed the payment.
  • Process house handover to customers.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the management team.
Requirements
  • Good verbal communication within team and customers.
  • Be responsible, reliable in work.
  • Uphold integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Be fluent in English and Khmer in both written and verbal communication.
  • Have proficiency in using Microsoft Office.
  • Be a fast learner.
 

Accountant

Working Hour :

  • 8:00 am – 12:00 pm Saturday
Duties
  • Manage the whole process of the company’s expenses.
  • Verify the expenses to be accurate and correct.
  • Bookkeep the daily expenses along with all the supporting documents into the company’s system accurately and on time.
  • Conclude monthly entries and arrange accounting/financial reports on a monthly, trimester, semester and yearly basis.
  • Manage the spending of petty cash on the basis of transparency and diligence.
  • Prepare monthly staff payroll.
  • Arrange and store all the supporting documents related to expenses in both soft copies and hard copies by carefully categorizing them so that they can be easily found when needed.
  • Regularly check company’s inventory to prevent any stock loss and make sure the essential materials/items cannot be out of stock.
  • Execute all tasks assigned by the Finance Manager and the Management Team.
Requirements
  • Hold a Bachelor Degree in Accounting, Mathematics, or equivalent.
  • Possess the ability to write and communicate in English well.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft programs.
  • Be committed to the job and have open-mindset to professional development.
  • Be committed to executing tasks with honesty and integrity.
 

Customer Service Officer

  • Arrange contracts and facilitate the process of handing them to clients.
  • Handle the general administration work throughout the company.
  • Execute all tasks assigned by the Management Team.
Requirements
  • Hold a minimum of bachelor degree in Management, Human Resource, or other related fields.
  • Have experience working in administration or HR is an advantage.
  • Uphold integrity.
  • Be able to write and speak both Khmer and English.
  • Be goal-oriented and able to get assigned tasks done before deadline.
  • Possess good leadership skill and be responsive and responsible for the tasks in charge.
  • Be able to use Microsoft Office programs (Word, Power Point, Excel, etc.) and other ICT tools.
