Scenic Group is one of the world’s leading operators providing fully escorted luxury tours throughout the world.

We are seeking an experienced candidate to join our team in August 2022 related to our Mekong Cruise programs.

Duties

Clarify any questionable invoice items, prices or receiving signatures
Assemble and review invoices to be completed for payment
Maintain copies of vouchers, invoices or correspondence necessary for files
Type periodic reports and other records
Obtain proper information and/or data regarding invoice payments
Check vendor files for any previous payments and assign voucher numbers
Collect invoices from the ships
Reconcile and top up petty cash for the ships
Reconcile bank statements
Input daily bookkeeping and record keeping
Verify monthly account statements from suppliers in order to make sure all invoices recorded
Assist to Accounts Manager
