Building Community Voices (BCV) is a national none profit organization working empower communities through mobilizing communities and media work in order them advocate for social accountability, transparency and justice. BCV will be implementing “Advancing Rights Project” in Ratanak Kiri and Mondul Kiri provinces. We are now seeking for qualified Cambodian candidates to fill the four positions based in that provinces. The successful candidates will be based in Ratanak Kiri (Project Coordinator, Project Assistant and Admin and Finance Assistant) and one Project Officer in Mondul Kiri Province.
These positions are based in Ratanakiri province, Cambodia, and report to Program Manager.
Job Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and direct supervision of Program Manager, the project coordinator overseeing the project implementation, manage project budget and monitor project activities regularly in Ratanakiri provinces. The incumbents will present the related project issues and work in close collaboration with other project coordinators of BCV, other Civil Society Organizations and Government Officials ensuring successful project’s implementation.

A Finance Assistant is a professional who is in charge of keeping track of an organization's finances. He/she enters data into databases, prepare financial statements, process invoices, and support other employees throughout any accounting processes.
Building Community Voices (BCV) is a local non-profit and non-political organization. BCV is implementing its programs in five provinces (Pursat, K.Speu, K.Chhnang, Ratanak Kiri and Mondul Kiri) under programs BCV is working to empower community through capacity building, mobilizing, gender mainstreaming, peace building, natural resources management, agriculture and media work across target provinces. In particular, BCV focuses on three projects such as Local Rights Project, Rice Breeding Project and Youth Empowerment Project in Pursat province. Hence, BCV is going to conduct action research on documentation of role models/best practice and lesson leant on women empowerment in food security and green economic development in BCV program. This concept is extensively used in program management of BCV to find out success and effectiveness of program in order to minimize the failure in the new phase. BCV is now seeking a dynamic and professional Cambodian consultant to lead the action research.
