The Multisectoral Food and Nutrition Security (MUSEFO) Project in Cambodia is a part of the Global Programme Food and Nutrition Security, Enhanced Resilience under the “One World – No Hunger” Special Initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ). The project aims to make a significant contribution to reducing poverty and hunger.
A multisectoral approach that combines measures in the areas of health, nutrition, and agriculture is being implemented in three fields of activity: (1) integrating and improving the quality of nutritional services in the health sector; (2) diversifying food production and raising awareness among the population of food and nutrition and basic hygiene; and (3) embedding successful approaches at the national and sub-national level on the nutrition governance.
The One Village One Product movement of the government aims to contribute to the implementation of the National Strategy for Poverty Reduction in addressing the mobilization of local economic potentials for products and services. To help people having confidence promoting own goods and services especially with to unique reginal products and/or products reflecting ancient and modern cultures and traditions. Furthermore, it aims to contribute to the sustainable economic development. Especially in respect of the development pathway towards a higher middle-income country by 2030, and high-income country by 2050.

We intend to award the services/ work described in the enclosed Terms of Reference (ToR).
Any commercial, technical or procedure related to the tender should be submitted in writing and clearly marked with the subject:
Question No. 83410138 to the email address provided in the contact detail at the latest five working days before the deadline of submission of the bid.
You should not contact other GIZ personnel unless directed to do so by the GIZ representative. GIZ reserves the right to disqualify and reject proposals from suppliers who do not comply with these guidelines.
Offers must be sent in separate PDF files (duly identified as technical offer and financial offer) to the email with the subject:

until 23:59 on 19.06.2022 (offers sent after this date will be automatically disqualified). If more than one offer is received from a bidder in response to a tender, only the most recently submitted offer will be considered.
The default size of e-mails is limited to 30 MB. Above that, GIZ's email servers refuse the message and its attachments. If necessary, send more than one e-mail.
In case of bigger files, it is possible to transfer the file via GIZ’s File transfer service Link. GIZ accepts only this specific file transfer solution for submission of documents exceeding the default mail size of 30 MB.
Non-compliance may result in your bid not being considered.
All costs incurred in preparing and submitting tenders are borne by the tenderers and cannot be reimbursed.
All tenderers will be informed in writing of the results of this tender process.
