Our Early Years programme draws on the core values of the Reggio Emilia Approach together with the Australian Early Years Learning Framework. Primary and Middle Years students focus on the rigorous standards of the Australian Curriculum, taught through the acclaimed International Baccalaureate (IB) Programmes, PYP and MYP. We are fully authorised to offer the IB Diploma Programme and the IB Career-related Programme, for AISPP senior students looking forward to various pathways to universities worldwide, making AISPP the only 4 Programme IB school in Cambodia.

FOOD CATERING

Meal to cater: Lunch
Time: 11.30am to 13.30PM (Monday to Friday)
Payment: Parents of students pay directly to caterer by term/monthly
Menu: Western 60%, Asian 40% (or 3days Western, 2days Asian)
Initial contract: 1 year (to be renewable)
MAIN ACTIVITY
- The caterer (supplier) will provide daily lunch to all consumers, 01 time per day and 05-day per week (Monday to Friday).
- Lunch will be prepared and distributed by Supplier’s staff and under Supplier’s supervision.
- The numbers of lunch are currently estimated to be around 280-meal per working day, to be detailed further below.
- In order to have the consumers enjoy their break as best as possible, lunch must be served out in 05-08 minutes
- Area01: starting at 11.30AM
- Area02 starting at 12.20PM
- Area03: starting at 12.50PM
QUALITY OF THE FOOD
- Through its Supplier, AISPP wants to provide a nutritious, healthy, varied and tasteful complete meal for lunch. Each meal should be built up of 3 dishes, for example a stir fry, a soup or curry, and a desert or fresh fruit, plus rice, and should at least contain: Average
- 150 grams of meat, fish or other rich proteins (Net weight, excluding bones)
- 150 grams of fresh vegetables
- Unlimited rice of good quality
- Supplier will take utmost care in selecting suppliers for its ingredients and perform strict incoming inspections on the quality of the ingredients. Special attention must be given to guarantee freshness and levels of pesticides and other chemicals. in order to better control the supply chain.
- Supplier will regularly perform customer satisfaction surveys among Consumers and take immediate action if the results show declining satisfaction. Supplier will also actively involve AISPP committee to help define menu choices as well as obtain general ideas for improvement.
- Latest 07- days before the previous menu ends, Supplier will post a new menu for the next week at the appropriate location (notice board or menu holder)
