Senior Business Research

JOB DESCRIPTION:

The role of this position is to conduct industry research, so as to produce the industry/market report which entails the strategic implication to support the company strategy.

Duties
  • Lead or take part in qualitative and/or quantitative research project planning, budgeting, and staffing; lead or take part in the design and development of qualitative research projects
  • Lead or take part in identifying and reviewing relevant literature, provide technical input on methodology and conceptualization, take part in analysis, write reports, and develop research instruments
  • Developing research-related materials for the qualitative and/or quantitative projects (eg. Lifestyle journals, pre-tasks for respondents etc.).
  • Project management – handle and manage projects i.e. briefing fieldwork, managing fieldwork and quality control, managing internal logistics
  • Monitor the quality of research outputs, read and comment on final outputs; take ownership and responsibility for the dissemination of research findings
  • Analysis & reporting: analysis of the qualitative information and writing the report containing actionable recommendations for the clients’ business strategy.
  • Management team interactions and presentations of the research findings

Requirements
  • Bachelor or master’s degree in economics, Management and Business related major and background or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in qualitative research (preferably in a market research agency): 1-2 years for Senior Research Executive
  • Good moderation skills – the priority for many experiences across categories (FMCG, education, health etc.)
  • Good analytical and reporting skills: able to analyze the qualitative data and writing of insightful reports containing actionable recommendations for business strategy.
  • Previous experience with different types of qualitative research studies: Concept testing and development, usage and attitudes, advertising pre-testing, brand diagnostic and assessment, customer satisfaction, ethnographic and lifestyle studies, innovation research etc.
  • Good English skills – esp. fluent speaking and writing

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Support Human Resources and Administration Department by providing services, and assistance in section of Recruitment, Training and Development, Employee Relations, Data bases management and require to oversee the maintenance, cleanliness of CiC office and warm welcome to visitors.

Duties
  • Maintain and update personnel file and employee database in a timely manner both soft and hard copy
  • Assist in recruitment and hiring process, to make sure induction program is successful organizing to new employee with sufficient information
  • Assist in training and development by following up on employees training needs with both internal and external sources to ensure efficient development in the company.
  • Provide support on administrative tasks such as office maintaining, and coordinating official documents, arranging of the office equipment, purchasing office supplies, and keeping office facilities in good and safe conditions
  • Ensure a regular coordinating with supplier for maintenance and repairing service to ensure the equipment and facility work properly and safe. Maintain and oversea the office hygiene and ensure the office is at its higher standard and comfortable working environment
