Position Summary

Summary of job responsibilities of Head of Finance, and Tax:

As a Head of Finance, he/she will be responsible for overseeing and arranging all financial and administrative tasks; manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors in order to reduce procurement expenses; and stay updated to the current tactics of how tax obligation and other costs could be reduced or improved its process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare financial statement, business activity reports, and financial forecast
  • Ensure that the company’s financial reports and recordkeeping methods are in compliance with applicable standard and regulations
  • Manage employees in finance department including accounting, tax, administration and procurement team
  • Periodically review the company’s financial reports and identify opportunities for cost reduction
  • Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting
  • Develop and maintain all necessary systems, policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient financial management within the company
  • Ensure tax compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe, and provide innovative tax planning
  • Oversee, manage and negotiate with suppliers and vendors in order to acquire the most cost-effective deals, as well as quality products and to reduce procurement expenses
  • Other job responsibilities will be assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of a BA in Finance, and Accounting, ideally with an MBA, ACCA or related degrees
  • Proven years of overall professional experience in broad financial and operations management experience
  • Proven leadership experiences as a Finance Manager or similar positions would be a standout
  • Technology savvy, knowledge of accounting and reporting software will be a standout
  • Strong leadership, analytic, project, influencing and people management skills
  • Abilities to departmentally cover all the process of assigned departments right aligned with well-documentation and board of directors’ need
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Good command in spoken and written in English.
 

Assistant Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Job Summary:

An Assistant Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics for company business
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and other platform
  • Plan and organize event for the company when required
  • Identify and evaluate competitors plan and strategy in the market
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and Facebook page that attracts customer

We are looking for a quality Software Developer to join our team! As a Developer, you will be required to design, write, and maintain coding for our current and ongoing projects. You will also be required to contribute to design and planning sessions as well as formulate approaches for current coding tasks. To ensure success as a Software and App developer you should have an excellent grasp of the development framework, prolific coding abilities, and be able to problem-solve on a daily basis.

Position Summary

You will bring your designs to life by reviewing samples, attending fittings, and collaborating with product development, merchandising, and production teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Under the direction of the Design Department Manager, identifying creative concepts, mood-boards, and trends for the incoming season
  • Create design tech packs for production of women apparel and accessories
  • Involve in fitting and communicating the fit comments to our local and overseas suppliers
  • Determine corrections to achieve fit by manipulating garment/accessories and/or pattern and flat technical sketches
  • Stay up to date with current trends, innovations and technologies as well as go above and beyond to create and source new concepts.
Requirements:
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in fashion design/product, ideally with training in Technical Design & Pattern-making
  • The position is open for fresh graduates, and senior-level candidates
  • Must have live model fit experience and good knowledge of pattern-making & garment construction

  • Capable of negotiating with a supplier or factory to get them to satisfy our requirements
  • Follow up on daily production activities and assist in resolving issues, as well as reporting any urgent case
  • Deliver the forthcoming style report, the daily/weekly production output qty report, and the stock report with order summary
  • Keep a detailed record of sample development, including photos, information, and sample storage
  • Ensure that the shipment status report is well-organized and accurate
  • Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
Requirements:
  • Have prior experience in a related field or sample-making is a plus
  • Capable of speaking, reading, and writing in English
  • Able to use Microsoft Office
  • Have good communication skills, be able to take responsibility and act appropriately in a culturally sensitive manner, and work as part of a team to grow continuously.
