Senior IT Officer (2 Positions)

Duties
  • Upload loan data to CBC and responsible on any CBC request
  • Flexcube functional Support
  • Training Flexcube to staff
  • Flexcube product parameter testing
  • Flexcube function testing
  • Update CMK Website
  • Maintenance internal application such as Card, Loan late log and Pending Penalty
  • Maintenance of attendance equipment
  • Manage issues and request list
  • Perform Run EOD, EOM, EOY, backup database and export reports
  • Monitor EOD of Core banking system
  • Manage Flexcube’s issue in MOS
  • Apply patch/spool in Flexcube
  • Monitor/ Check Space Flexcube’s Database
  • Monitor Oracle WebLogic Server
  • Monitor/ Change OSB and back to oracle tap server.
  • Monitor/ Coordinate UAT Environment
  • Help to support and follow up any IT issues
  • Monitor and follow up of telephone system
  • Monitor on IT inventory
  • Monitor Anti-virus status
  • Help to support FATCA/ FIU
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or other related fields
  • 2year experience in building and maintaining network and security systems in Banking / MFI field.
  • Experience controlling network firewall such as Cisco, Huawei, Watchguard, or FortiGate
  • Experience in Windows Server, Solaris, Oracle DBA, OSB backup, Oracle tape library
  • Good command of spoken and written,
