Senior Agent Management Analyst (1 Position)

Report To : Deputy Head of Fraud Management & Revenue Assurance

Location : Head Office

Duties
  • Assist to develop annual business budgeting plan for agent and international remittance business
  • Conduct agent business performance analysis including sales performance, variance analysis of actuals versus budgetsand forecasts to enable to monitor performance and drive strategy
  • Contribute to initiate, develop, and monitor effective reporting tools of sales performance and agent materials
  • Collaborate with research and related team on pre-data and input for research project
  • Analyze competitors, customers, markets, value propositions and provide market intelligent report
  • Other tasks and projects assigned by line manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or statistics
  • 3+ years of data business analysis, budgeting or operation risk/auditor in banking, fintech, telecom or any related industry
  • Expertise with Excel and common Data Analytics tool required (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables, power BI)
  • Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis
  • Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
  • VBA knowledge is an advantage
 

Senior Business Development Officer (1 Position)

Duties
  • Responsible for on boarding local and international partners
  • Identify and acquire new potential partners to achieve target plan
  • Assist to develop plan, drive sales execution and direct marketing activities
  • Maintenance relationship with existing partners to improve the performance
  • Assist to implement the new partner projects with relevant teams
Requirements
  • At least Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferable
  • At least 3 years’ experiences in sales or partnership development
  • Good negotiation and communication skills in English
  • Ability to work with cross functional teams
  • Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
