Senior Accounting Officer

Workplace Circumstances

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Operation with Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, yearly reporting with SERC and CSX
  • Check the payment and cash transaction (Bank Cheques, Transfer, Cash)
  • Bank Reconciliation and records
  • Month end reconciliation report (AR list, AP list, Deposit list, fixed asset list, Prepaid list etc.,)
  • Prepare monthly tax declaration, summit online and pay tax (Vat, Salary, Withholding…)
  • Fixed assets counting and update with administrative at least one time per year
  • Posting all operating in system (Quick books)
  • Prepare document for bank account opening and update bank signatories if any,
  • Filling document and supporting internal and external auditor
  • Go to bank for withdrawal and Deposit
  • Other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.
 

Accounting Officer

  • Daily reconcile report and making Payment (CAS with bank)
  • Update daily cash management (in& out)
  • Collect the Bank statement from bank
  • Checking and posting Petty Cash from Administrative
  • Filling document and supporting internal and external auditor
  • Go to bank for withdrawal and Deposit
  • Other tasks as assigned by Finance Manager.
 

Web Developer

  • Specifications/Requirements gathering as needed.
  • Routine daily maintenance of existing sites and applications.
  • Customize and add more features to existing websites
  • Ability to develop Facebook apps
  • Perform any other tasks assigned by the manager.
