The LN Agri Group is a Cambodian Management company, supplying management expertise to the agriculture and forestry sectors. The company is currently involved in several projects including two European funded companies in Kratie, namely Dau Tu and Phu Rieng.

We are looking for various qualified candidate to fulfill the positions as in the following:

Position Summary

Location : Chetr Borey

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Make sure all new workers and employees completed requirements and recorded in database system.
  • Make sure all leave taken are recorded and updated in a proper way.
  • Prepare Payroll, taxation and NSSF documentation.
  • Prepare registration of declaration on employee's movement (In-Out)
  • Make sure all HR/Admin document have well prepared, separated and by ordered
  • Time and Attendance Tracking. Verify scanning and attendance record (time in and time out, and face scanned), DT and PR
  • Scan and save HR and admin document on computer and manage by order
  • Ensure all databases are well maintained, safe and secured.
Requirements:
  • At least in his/her 2nd year in university majoring in HR/Administration
  • Good computer skills such as Ms. Word, Excel, Outlook internet, knowledge of database management software is an advantage
  • Experience of working related to HR/Admin is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Khmer
  • Willing to work hard and learn new skills related to the job
  • Able to work both in a team work and independently
  • Willing to contribute and help in improving the work place
  • Honest, friendly, cooperative, flexible, respectful, and reliable
