Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Sells and markets a wide range of general insurance products and services to meet set targets.
Requirements:
  • A recognised University Degree preferably related to Finance and Marketing.
  • Experience in the sales of insurance or financial products will be an advantage.
  • Outgoing with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to converse in Chinese or/and Japanese will be an added advantage.
  • Committed, highly motivated, dynamic, resourceful and result-oriented.
  • Possess own transport and willing to travel.
 

Officers for Underwriting Department

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for all underwriting matters related to acceptance of risks/policies and ensures that it is in compliance with the company’s business strategies and risk acceptance guidelines.Conducts review on new and renewal cases.
  • Ensures that issuance of policy documentation is within the timeframe set.
  • Handles enquiries from customers, agents, brokers, reinsurers and internal customers.
  • Provides technical underwriting support to Sales and Marketing Department and Branches of the company.
  • Prepares underwriting report for submission to Management, Insurance Association of Cambodia and regulatory authorities.
Requirements:
  • A recognised Degree preferably related to Finance & Insurance;
  • Proven track record with minimum 2 years of experience in Insurance Industry in a similar capacity;
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills in English and Khmer;
  • Committed, highly motivated, dynamic, resourceful and result-oriented;
  • Analytical and able to work independently
 

Officers for Claims Department

Position Summary
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Performs on-site claims investigation.
  • Reviews claims submissions and liaises with insured to collect claims evidence and analyse supporting documents.
  • Ensures all claims are recorded and properly maintained/filed in the register.
  • Liaises with insured, claimant, intermediaries and other relevant parties involving with the claims process.
  • Prepares payment request and ensures the status of claims are updated in the system.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor in Law, Business Administration, Management and other relevant
  • At least 1 year of claims experience
  • Possess good written and verbal communication in Khmer and English
  • Strong commitment for field work and problem solving
  • Committed highly motivated, dynamic, resourceful and result-oriented
