Sale Manager (2 Positions)

  • Monday to Saturday: 7:30am to 11:30am & 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Duties
  • Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls
  • Meeting planned sales goals
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales team
  • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team
  • Coordinating with marketing on lead generation
  • The ongoing training of your salespeople
  • Developing your sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge education
  • Promoting the organization and products
  • Build and develop a best in Sales Team
  • Understand our ideal customers and how they relate to our products.
  • Other tasks assigned by General Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree /Master Degree in business or related field
  • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Knowledge of Cambodia’s economy dynamics, the local and international market landscape as well as industry trends.
  • Master negotiator; strong networking skills
  • Experience managing and directing a sales team
  • An inspirational leader with excellent coaching and people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Dedication to providing great customer service
  • Ability to lead a sale team.
 

Sale Supervisor (3 Positions)

Duties
  • Make sale planning and sale activities monthly
  • Make marketing planning to build branding awareness
  • Set target for sales staffs
  • Make performance appraisal of sale staffs
  • Make daily sale report for top management
  • Welcome customers and find new prospect customers
  • Solve the problems with customers
  • Promote all the products of company with customers
  • Follow up with existing customers by phone, Facebook and other social medias
  • Achieve sales target that top management set monthly.
  • Other tasks will assign by sales management.
Requirements
  • Age between 20-38 years old
  • Bachelor Degree of Sales and Marketing
  • At least 2-3 year (s) of working experience or equivalent
  • Computer proficiency MS office (Excel, Word, Outlook …ect)
  • Good spoken written English
  • Possessing strong commitment, discipline good Communication Skill
  • Self-motivate, Confident, independent, result-oriented can-do attitude
  • Strong team and solving problem skills.
 

Sales Showroom Team Leader (1 Position)

Duties
  • Welcome customers warmly
  • Promotion products instore to customer
  • Ensure Showroom is Kept to Company Visual Standards
  • Maintain Product Knowledge
  • Negotiate Deals with Customers
  • Monitor Stock and Display Unit
  • Explain clearly about how to use products and warranty
  • Prepare daily Report & Monthly Report to GM /Head Sale Department
  • Other task assigned by head of department or management team
Requirements
  • A bachelor's or associate's degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous.
  • Age between 18-35 years old
  • Experience in sales is necessary.
  • Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities.
  • Good time management, strategic planning, and organizational skills.
