The National Centre for HIV/AIDS Dermatology and STD (NCHADS) is the legally accountable Sub-Implementer of the Global Fund Program KHM-C-MEF to implement the " Rapidly march towards elimination of new HIV infections and ending AIDS as a public health threat by 2025, Increase Access to and Improve Quality of TB Diagnosis and Treatment at OD and Community levels, with linkages to TB-HIV in Cambodia." under the Lead Implementer, Ministry of Health (LIT-MOH) and the Ministry of Economy and Finance as the Principle Recipient (PR-MEF) for the grant implementation period from 01st January ,2021 to 31st December ,2023 (inclusive).
The National Center for HIV/AIDS, Dermatology and STDs hereinafter called "The NCHADS" now invites sealed quotations from eligible Suppliers hereinafter called "The Supplier" for the supply of Pedestal Fans for NCHADS’s ART Site.
This Bids are For NCHADS and other eight (08) ART Sites.

Procurement will be conducted through National Competitive Bidding Procedures specified in the RGC’s Standard Operating Procedures on Procurement for All Externally Financed Projects/Program, under the laws and regulations governing public procurement within the Kingdom of Cambodia, and in accordance with the Financing Agreement and Procurement Regulations of the Global fund to fight AIDS.

Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders' representatives and the project's beneficiaries from the concerned local community who choose to attend in person at the address given below at 30th March, 2022 at 10:30AM.
All bids shall be accompanied by a duly signed Bid Submission Form and Bid Securing Declaration as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
The Government and/or the Development Partner will respectively declare a bidder ineligible either indefinitely or for a stated period of time, to be awarded a contract financed by them, if it at any time they determine that the bidder has engaged in corrupt or fraudulent, coercive, collusive or obstructive practices in competing for or in executing a contract.
