Announcement Positions

Finance/Corporate Manager

  • Category: Business Administration, Banking / Finance, Exec. / Management

Duties
  • Finance:
  • Reviewing financial reports prepared by Accounting Managers on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis;
  • Preparing cash flow statement;
  • Assist in preparing cash flow budget and perform monthly, quarterly and yearly budget review;
  • Reviewing bank reconciliation to make sure that they are recorded and reconciled in the correct accounts. (shall be deleted, it’s the work of Accounting Manager)
  • Checking Invoices, Booking Slips and/or Receipts after making by Account Receivable and before passing to customers. (shall be deleted)
  • Checking the payment schedule from Account Receivable. (shall be deleted, it’s the work of Accounting Manager)
  • Checking all quotations, contracts and payments from Account Payable before final payment and cash out to suppliers.
  • Review daily sale reports, cash receipt reports, bank book reports and monthly reports which were prepared by Accounting Supervisor and Senior Accountants.
  • Assist in preparing revenue and construction cost to be input in Financial Report for management review and approval.
  • Participating in the preparation of monthly and yearly tax declarations and ensuring on-time and proper tax filing;
  • Perform checking on cash collection and cash expenses;
  • Assist in developing finance policy and procedure;
  • Corporate Strategic:
  • Work with IPO team in launching the company into public listed company.
  • Collecting and keeping for all documents related to IPO issues.
  • Assist in preparing Financial & Accounting Reports which are related to IPO.
  • Assist in updating the bank accounts of related companies.
  • Assist in preparing documents for loan financing, bank guarantee, and any other reports to the ministry.
  • Assist in checking all contracts/agreements or MOU of related companies.
  • Review monthly cash count and bank summary of all group companies.
  • Auditing:
  • Preparing audit planning, do the auditing (internal auditing) and preparing audit report;
  • Prepare and submit monthly report to NBC;
  • Assist and liaise with the external auditing in producing the audited reports of the group
  • Report to the NBC on the internal compliance and noncompliance issues, especially on Finance and Accounting transactions of Microfinance Institution.
  • Performing others tasks assigned by supervisor.
Requirements
  • Completed the skill level of ACCA or Master degree in Finance or Accounting (having bachelor degree in Law is a plus) with a minimum of 5 years working experience in finance, experience with Bank/ Micro Finance/ Accounting Firm/ real estate sector;
  • Must have experience related to auditing;
  • Very good command of written and spoken English;
  • Strong analytical skills, Planning and Problem Solving Skill.
 

Legal Officer/Translator

Duties
  • SPA and Legal Processing:
  • Draft Sale and Purchase Agreement(SPA) and preparing for customer execution;

  • Explain Sale Team regarding SPA Terms and Conditions, Land Title Transfer Process and others;
  • Translating any Legal Documents from English to Khmer and vice versa
  • Business and Marketing Operation Assisting:
  • Assist Legal Manager by making appointment to meet and consult with customers related to SPA terms and conditions, Loan Agreement and other banks issues, Developer Profile or other issues occurred;
  • Customer Consulting:
  • Meet and consult with customers related to SPA terms and conditions, Developer Profile, Land Title Transfer processing;
  • Tackle and deal with customer's issues arising during or after SPA;
  • Assist to follow up and/or deal with customers;
  • Notify or make appointment with customer in case of land title deed handover or land title transferring or the event of default occurring;
Requirements
  • Having a Bachelor Degree, a bachelor degree in Law is a plus;
  • Be able to work at the weekend;
  • Fluent English, both speaking and writing

IT Officer

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Server Virtualization;
  • Knowledge of technical networks, VPN, Mikrotik and preferable Cisco CCNA, Firewall Server, Vshere;
  • Knowledge of website development and maintenance preferably Word Press;
  • General knowledge of hardware, network and information system;
  • Basic knowledge on banking products and services is a plus;
