Finance Manager (1 Position)

Duties
  • Updates financial statement and financial procedure policy to push smoothly operation of company;
  • Oversee daily operations of finance department, guide, P&L, Credit control, costing;
  • Oversee the smooth and effective use of accounting software to maintain accurate financial records;
  • Analyzes and evaluate potential finance and security risks to the organization and implement strategies to reduce risks;
  • Monitors and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
  • Formulates strategic and long-term business plans ;
  • Researches and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
  • Reviews company financial reports and conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
  • Manages a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
  • Produces accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
  • Prepares financial statements, company’s budget, business activity reports, and forecasts;
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met;
  • Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken;
  • Control financial position, performance, cash flow and budgeting within the entity;
  • Perform others related finance tasks assigned my management. 
Requirements
  • Master or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or other relevant field;
  • At least 5 years of working experience with Construction Company;
  • Extensive understanding of financial trends both within the company and general market patterns;
  • Computer literacy in MS. Office, Internet and Email, Finance or Accounting Software;
  • Be able to manage, guide and lead employees to ensure appropriate financial processes are being used;
  • Understanding of financial statistics and accounting principles;
  • Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer;
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
  • Be a problem solver, able to work under pressure with high responsibility;
  • Be able to lead and motivate others.
 

Finance Supervisor (1 Position)

Duties
  • Responsible for the timely reporting of the financial statements on a monthly and annual basis;
  • Prepare and implement an effective Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for Finance & Accounting, with an efficient key internal control system;
  • Make recommendations to the CFO to improve existing or create new Group Policies;
  • Responsible for analyses financial and management reporting results, and make strategic recommendations to the CFO to improve the business performance;
  • Review and approve budget disbursement within CFO’s approved authorization limits;
  • Direct various departments to prepare and provide responses to auditors to ensure a statutory audit is carried out on time;
  • Cooperate and active follow-up on the ERP system preparation and implementation for the various projects in cooperation with, Management, Projects Managers, required;
  • Coordinate with the accounting team to review financial forecasts (P&L, Cash Flow), while keeping reasonable allocation of revenues and expenses for each activity;
  • Cooperate with the Tax Manager, accounting team to ensure the organization’s activities follow the Cambodian Tax Law.
  • Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures;
  • Develop a Fixed Assets policy and ensure proper documentation of fixed assets on a yearly basis;
  • Cooperate with the CFO, GM, and the Procurement Team to ensure an efficient procurement system is in place for the various divisions;
  • Perform others related finance tasks assigned my management. 
Requirements
  • Master or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or other relevant field;
  • At least 5 years’ experience in Financial Management, organizational management, Business Performance monitoring; Strategic Advisory on improving financial performance;
  • Strong knowledge in QuickBooks Online, Peachtree, advance excel;
  • Strong leadership and management skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills;

  • Fluency in both written and spoken English;
 

Site Manager (1 Position)

Duties
  • Manage and push up progress works;
  • Plan the work and efficiently organize the construction schedule in order to meet agreed deadlines and keep updating it;
  • Check the construction finishing quality;
  • Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors;
  • Check and approve the progress payment with sub-contractors;
  • Give advice to sub-contractors and team members such as Engineer, Technician, and workers;
  • Develop and manage new method and strategy for improving and speeding up the project;
  • Develop and manage cost data on all types of buildings and infrastructure works;
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors regarding any issue or any problem that may occur;
  • Prepare cost plans and cost analyses, co-operate with designers to ensure that building can be erected with an approved budget;
  • Other tasks as assigned by Management.
Requirements
  • Obtained Bachelor or Master Degree in Civil Engineering or related field;
  • At least 6 year experiences in the construction sector and 3 years in management level;
  • An enthusiastic person with extensive knowledge of civil engineering;
  • Be able to use AutoCAD 2D, 3ds Max, and Sketch Up;
  • Effective written and oral communication skills;
  • Be honest, flexible, independent, and able to work under pressure;
  • Sound decision making capabilities;
  • Be able to lead and motivate others.
 

Sales and Marketing Manager (1 Position)

Property Management Supervisor (1 Position)

Requirements

  • Cooperate with other departments such as sale, cashier and construction team to provide excellent service to customers
  • Involve the team to solve any complaint before unit handover

  • Coordinate and lead the team to achieve the handover target
  • Do daily and weekly reports of handover inspection database

Requirements
