Branch Manager

Position Summary

Grade: Level 5-B (salary rang 1,000-1,400/month, plus fuel and phone allowance)

Directly reports to: Head of Operations/Operations Manager

Supervises: Warehouse, Delivery, Bill Collector & Office staff

Location: Branch Office – Kampong Cham

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Direct reporting/management with Head of Operations or Operations Manager
  • Planning & Control of Inventory at Warehouse as per the standard SOP’s.
  • Manage the stock transfer from the Central Warehouse to the Branch.
  • Check and approve for delivery schedule for the Branch
  • Analyse reports and physical check the implementation of the delivery schedules/route plan to restrict waste due to urgent delivery or goods return
  • Identify requirements for assets necessary for logistics and general operations of the branch.
  • Prepare monthly & quarterly reports as per the SOP’s.
  • Maintain discipline and ensure implementation of HR Policies.
  • Direct reporting/management - Head of Finance & Commercials
  • Control expense reports for branch activities, clarify kinds of expenses, analyse for their accuracy and efficiency, and regulate if necessary.Report finance activities to Phnom Penh office as per the SOP’s
  • Manage daily activities related to accounts.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports to Head of Operations & Head of Finance
  • This JD covers the main tasks and conveys the spirit of the sort of tasks that are anticipated proactively from employees. Other tasks may be assigned as necessary according to company needs.
Requirements:
  • B.Pharm /MBA in Accounting
  • 7-10 years work experience in operation, distribution, and finance/accounting management.
  • Good command of written and spoken English;
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ERP/SAP or any other accounting software.

Accounts Manager

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and report financial status, predict and prepare the payment timetable, manage the payment terms and condition with supplier.
  • Monitor and estimate the project cost and checking inventory record.
  • To ensure all the accounting process and policy is properly followed.
  • Manage and checking all kind of account documents, invoice, purchase order and bill.
  • Manage team of Accounts Supervisor and Accountants.
  • Declare company monthly and year tax and audit.
  • Other assigned task by Head-Finance & Commercials and Finance Manager.

Requirements:
  • Graduate or equivalent preferred with Accounting or Finance qualification
  • Minimum 7-10 years work experience in accounting and finance.

  • Good personality, honesty and professional in daily accounting work
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and accounting software.
 

Officer-Supply Chain

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage and responsible for customs clearance.
  • Prepare the PO/SC and send to all principles.
  • Follow up shipments that purchased and send information to Mega-Thailand.
  • Apply shipment documents to Ministry of Health for import license.
  • Prepare goods in transit and send to Finance.
  • Check with shipping agent in term of shipment arrival.
  • Organize and pass clearing documents to clearing agent(shipment by sea).
  • PO&SC entry for Good Receive Note process.
  • Arrange and send clearance advice to Finance Manager.
  • Arrange GRN detail and send to Finance Manager.
  • Prepare and check clearing documents for Logistic Assistant.
  • Create shipment arrival notice and pass to MIS for GRN entry.
  • Other task assigned by Operations Manager.

  • Prepare marketing plan & implement promotional materials & programs.
  • Plan & conduct / support Sale Force to organize group presentations, KOLs meetings, exhibition.
  • Implement training programs as per Dept’s training plan.
  • Analyse sale and customer trend.
  • Create brochure and leaflet for Med –Rep and updated literature.
  • Handle customer’s complains about the assigned products.
  • Go on field for KOL visit with sale force team frequently to maintain and strengthen good customer relationship;
  • Conduct training to sale teams and medical representatives about new products; Product refreshment, Key message, tactic to relationship with customer
  • Conduct meeting with Doctor & Pharmacy at Department of Hospital and private sectors.
  • Other task assigned by Marketing Manager-Ethical.
Requirements:
  • B.Pharm

  • Build good relationship with customers.
  • Plan and implement with Doctors and Pharmacy meetings for the promotion of the products.
  • Create demand for the products at hospitals, clinics, pharmacy and other health care outlet.
  • Joint and perform all other marketing activities.
