Service Engineer

  • Category: Engineering

Duties
  • To engage in After-Sales Service Support, Installation, Commissioning and Repair activities for ITS’s range of Medical & Scientific Equipment(s) & Consumables
  • To be responsible for meeting up with new and existing customers, by introducing and promoting service related packages for ITS’s range of Medical & Scientific Equipment(s) & Consumables
  • Help to build and enhance good relationship with all of our customers and grow service portfolio for the team
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, preferably with the background of biomedical or relevant engineering discipline.
  • Prior service experience and product knowledge in the medical device industry would be an added advantage
  • Good communication & presentation skills (well versed in English – both spoken and written)
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
  • Can work independently and also a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented individual with good business acumen
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn

  • Reporting to the Team Manager, and working closely with the medical sales team, we are looking for a candidate to :
  • Support sales team on pre-sales and post-sales services of clinical products.
  • Participate and conduct training to healthcare professionals during workshops, forums and seminars.
  • Understand on customers' need with providing solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Train and support new account on medical imaging equipment based on allocated portfolio
  • Evaluate prospective company medical products’ application and provide solutions on basis of customer needs.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Diagnostic Radiology.
  • Prior clinical application/ hands-on experience in the medical device or healthcare service industry would be a key advantage
  • Good communication & presentation skills (well versed in English – spoken & written)
  • Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Pleasant and service-oriented personality
  • Possess at least 1 year of relevant working experience in radiography/ medical imaging systems within the medical device business.
 

Clinical Application Specialist – Ultrasound
