Announcement Description

The Company has been active in the Asia-Pacific region for the last 7 years with operating and under construction renewables assets (PV and Onshore Wind) in India, Australia and the Philippines as well as a pipeline of projects under development or acquisition in the region.

The Company owns a utility scale solar PV project in Cambodia (“the Project”). The Project has recently reached Commercial Operation Date and is now under operational phase. The O&M is being performed by the same contractor who undertook the EPC.

The Company is looking for a candidate to represent the companies’ interest onsite and ensure optimal performance of the Asset.

Salary: Starts from 1,500 USD and negotiable depending on experience

Duties

The Company Site Representative has the following responsibilities
Reports to the Senior Asset Manager APAC on HSE, PM, CM, EPC, QAQC and local stakeholder issues.
Witness the work of O&M and other contractors at site, report in case of breaches, non-conformances.
Ensuring site security, safety and quality procedures are adequate and that contractors are adhering to.
Control that inventory of assets and spare parts is well maintained and records up to date
Verify the correctness of Material Request from Contractor
Follow up warranty claim by OM to suppliers and contractors
Track opened issues such as HSE, CM, PM, EPC etc… and ensure on time closure
Perform audit and site inspection when required
Participate to review and improve contractors’ procedures and documentation
Ensure correct filing of deliverables and inspection records by contractors
Ensure that technical documentation is available from supplier and contractor side including EPC.
Verify claims issued by contractor.
Support to prepare and analyze KPIs such as production, PR, Availabilities
Analyze the production, detect abnormalities, propose improvement
Assist to draft different reports (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, yearly)
Support with regulatory body with respect to compliance with the law.
Support with community management, and stake holder management
Support ad-hoc request from management.

Requirements

Have at least 5 years on site, hands-on electrical experience with 22kV system.
Demonstrated experience in power plant maintenance (Solar experience will be an advantage).
Have managed contractors
Be honest and trustworthy
Work in team
Capable of handling urgent situation in calm manner
Result oriented
Able to use pack office with special attention on excel (formulas), Office 365, PV syst, SCADA, AutoCAD
Good communication in English. Mother tongue Khmer.
