Pact is one of implementing partners of the 4 years Promoting Healthy Behaviors (PHB) Project. In late 2020, Pact as one of PHB partners supported NCHP to identify areas in which they want to further strengthen their department. this resulted in a capacity development action plan approved by NCHP. In alignment with the above vision of perfect, NCHP prioritized several capacity strengthening areas. Leadership and networking skills are defined tow prioritized areas for FY22.
PHB will provide technical support to NCHP to implement the commitment by providing a training on Leadership and Networking skills to core selected NCHP’s staff, through the engagement of an experienced trainer in these skills.
PHB Project is now seeking individual consultants, teams of multiple consultants, or from firms or organizations for “Training on Leadership and Networking Skills”
The solicitation is issued as a public notice and open to registered entities, and/or individual consultants, with established activities in Cambodia. These eligibilities to ensure that all interested, qualified, and eligible entities with expertise and experience of the above topics have a fair opportunity to submit a “Proposal”.
