Mearda Clinic and Maternity (MCM) is looking for a Senior HR & Administration Executive to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting day to day operations including staff professional standard, discipline, performance gaps within MCM. The Senior HR & Administration Executive’s will play a key role in establishing a friendly working environment, an adequate HR planning and in the resolution of any issues or concerns within the MCM to ensure high quality of services.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage the full spectrum of HR functions – planning, recruitment, learning and development, performance evaluation etc. and particularly ensure quality and adequate HR planning.
  • Develop and enforce human resource policies and ensure staff professional standard.
  • Ensure adequate trainings and develop employees to effectively handle designated duties to ensure effectiveness in operations.
  • Ensure health and safety policies are strictly enforced.
  • Manage staff personal wellbeing and motivation.
  • Serve as resource for staff in resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Develop and manage information and administration processes.
  • Perform other jobs assigned by Manager/Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or any related fields. Master Degree in the related field is an advantage.
  • At least 5 year(s) of experience in Human Resources Management or similar role as describe above.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage a variety of functions, including administration, personnel management, repair and maintenance, customer services, and day to day activities.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement policies and procedures; develop operational systems and manage process improvements.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and solve problems with practical solutions.
  • Proficiency in English is a must.
  • Good Computer Skill including MS Applications.
  • Good teamwork personality, flexible attitude, people-oriented and result-driven individual.

Report to: Operations Manager or Assigned Person

Mearda Clinic and Maternity (MCM) is looking for a Stock Controller to join our growing team. You will be responsible for supporting day to day stock management including medicines, medical supplies and general supplies.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Issue stock as prescribed in accordance with the stock management process.
  • Manage the record of stock out in the system and record book.
  • Report stock related issues including expiration, shortage etc.
  • Forecasting supply and demand to prevent overstocking and running out of stock.
  • Evaluating vendors and suppliers’ offers and negotiating purchase prices.
  • Placing and receiving orders to replenish stocks as needed.
  • Tracking orders and coordinate internal stock transfers, as well as resolving delays.
  • Conduct daily stock storage processes and discipline including tagging, boxing, labeling and correct placing.
  • Maintaining and updating daily records, as well as purchase and pricing reports.
  • Execute stock management policies, protocol and procedures effectively.
  • Perform other jobs assigned by Manager/Management.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or any related fields.
  • At least 3 year(s) of experience as a stock controller in a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-tasks and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and solve problems with practical solutions.
  • Ability to work in 24hr shift.
  • Good command of English

Position Summary

Report to: Medical Director

Mearda Clinic and Maternity (MCM) is looking for a Medical Doctor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for overall medical process within MCM and support the Medical Director to ensure quality services to patients.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Assist in responding to patient’s medical problem by referring to their history, carrying out diagnosis, treatment, counseling etc.
  • Assist in ordering lab tests, interpreting the test results and clear patient lab tests.
  • Coordinate patient visit and care with Specialists doctor.
  • Assist in explain procedures or prescribed treatments to patients.
  • Assist in patients’ experience feedbacks for our continuous service improvement process.
  • Takes vital sign, temperatures and blood pressures, samples etc.
  • Ensure Medical policies, protocol and procedure are well practice properly.
  • Support the administration work to ensure smooth work flow.
  • Perform other duties as required by Medical director.
  • Perform other jobs assigned by Manager/Management.
Requirements:
  • Hold doctor degree in General Medicine
  • Doctor Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology (OB-GYN) is preferred
  • At least 1 years work experience serving as medical doctor or Fresh graduate with excellent study record is motivated to apply
  • Compassionate nature with the ability to make patients feel at ease.
  • Demonstrated exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in English is a must (Priority for French speaking)

  • Provides care and supports to patient and coordination for all check-ups and visits, Specialist appointment, treatment and care etc.
  • Support in the preparation of patients’ medical records and other related documents etc.
  • Provides information to patient about MCM’s services.
  • Provides emotional support to patients and their families.
  • Takes vital sign, temperatures and blood pressures, samples etc.
  • Ensure Medical policies, protocol and procedure are well practice properly
  • Support the administration work to ensure smooth work flow.
  • Perform other jobs assigned by Manager/Management.
Requirements:
  • Hold a degree in Midwife or Nurse.
  • Fresh graduate can apply and experienced Midwife or Nurse is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to multi-tasks and exceptional organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and solve problems with practical solutions.
  • Ability to work in 24hr shift.
  • Good level of English
  • Good Computer Skill including MS Applications.
