Announcement Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Duties

Implement, maintain, & improve quality system; BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade & Gluten free.
Be auditor for Cambodia rice & packaging supplier.
Be lead auditee for quality issue by certify body & customer; BRC, ISO 9001:2015, GMP, HACCP, Halal, Kosher, Organic, Fairtrade, Gluten free, etc.
Customer complaint handling for Thailand, Cambodia, Myanmar, & Vietnam shipment under Herba Bangkok exporter name.
Customer questionnaire handling for own plant & verify questionnaire for supplier
Implement & verify factory documentation; Quality manual (QM), Quality procedure (QP), Support document (SD), Work instruction (WI), Form (FM), etc.
Attend customer conference for quality issue about special project, update situation, etc.
Monitoring & follow up team for;
Equipment & machine calibration plan
Document control
Rice sample bank of Thailand, Cambodia, Vietnam, Myanmar, & other
Technical specification for each rice variety
Internal audit
Regular testing for product base on internal program & customer requirement
Validation program for CCP & raw material
Mock recall & traceability program
Aflatoxin certificate
Etc. base on company & customer requirement
Monitoring change of new Laws, country regulation, customer regulation for Thai & destination country.
Training staff & worker for personal hygiene & factory regulation
Any other duties as assigned by Operation Manager

Requirements

Age 29-35 years old
Bachelor's or Higher Degree in food science or a related field.
At least 5 years experiences in food industrial for QC, QA, or R&D.
Good knowledge of International standard; GMP, HACCP, BRC, HALAL, Kosher, Organic, and ISO 9001
Good command in English (Reading, Writing, & Speaking) communication for direct contact with foreigner auditor & customer
Proficient in computer literacy and Able to use in operating of Microsoft office program (Word, Excel, and Power point)

Duties

Prepare raw materials for production.
Reporting any deviation from production plan to immediate leader.
Accountable for recording process check sheets.
Maintain cleanliness and good working condition of production machinery/equipments
Monitor and control product quality
Respecting company’s EHS, GMP, HACCP and other standards.
Adhere to all set standards and relevant documentation systems used in the production process.
Produce quality products according to customer's requirements.
Strictly comply with the company and customer regulations
Other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/management
