The position is for Sustainable Energy and Environment (SEE) Department
Reporting to the Director of SEE, the Program Coordinator performs two interrelated roles. - Coordinate the implementation of capacity development activities (workshops, structured learning visits, seminars, etc.) under assigned areas.

- Prepare the projects’ narrative report by quarter, semi-annual, annual and donors’ requirement.
- Lead teams and serve as Team Leader or Lead Facilitator by coordinating with subject matter experts to arrange facilitation of all capacity development activities under the thematic area. This includes working with resource persons in preparing session plan and materials, facilitating learning activities and synthesising and evaluating each training session or module
- In coordination with M&E Officer, design evaluation forms for activities, administer pre-test, post-test, and on-line evaluation system

This position is for Trade and Investment Facilitation (TIF) Department
Reporting to the Director of TIF, the Program Coordinator performs two interrelated roles. Firstly, to work closely with the TIF Director. facilitate the activities related to development funds managed MI in coordination with the development partners and project implementation agencies (PIA) in the Mekong countries. This will involve review of progress (financial and technical progress) of the projects, provide feedback and coach/guidance to the PIA on effective implementation of the project activities to achieve targets, liaise with the national focal points in the Government of the Mekong countries in Mekong countries, prepare notes/reports, work closely with MI finance department on financial reporting/progress of the development funds etc. Second, work closely with the TIF Team to deliver the capacity development activities, coordinate follow up activities with the activity team leaders.
