The Project Manager manages key client projects. Project manager’s responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Oversee all aspects of projects. Set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project. Work directly with clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

Work directly with Project Manager and clients to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget.

To assist the manager for providing the concept of architectural drawing and the as-built drawing to ensure the project go smoothly and meet standard and technical requirement.

Purchasing all goods, equipment, services, etc for the Company in line with the quality and standard expected of group companies and ensure that all purchasing activities are in conformity with the purchasing policies and procedures laid down by the management.
