Announcement Description

We are looking for qualified candidate to fill for the position below.

Job Location: Kien Svay, Kandal Province

Duties

Manage various departments in electricity distribution office such as technical, accounting, administration departments.
Study & solve customer complaints regarding technical & payment issues.
Prepare monthly & yearly budget requirements and manage expenses.
Prepare the technical planning for electricity network expansion.
Recruit, train and manage employees.
Responsible for monthly & yearly financial & technical reports to top management
Manage day-to-day operation of electricity distribution MV (22kV & LV 400/230V), line expansion & equipment installation, load monitoring, and restore power interruption & power quality issues and maintenance of distribution equipment’s.
Make good relationship with customers, utility & authorities in Cambodia about electricity purchase, distribution & tariff matters.
Monitor power losses and take measures to keep it within the limits.
Project study MV & LV line, transformer & other equipment’s installation, review BOQ & Project timeline management.
Purchase necessary tools & equipment has and manage inventory & assets.
Manage customer meter readings & billings.
Responsible for overall operation & income of electricity distribution within their zone.
Follow up & manage account receivable, account payable, cashier, bookkeeping, and tax. Etc.

Requirements

At least bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering.
Should have minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
Excellent verbal communications and written skills with the ability to research, design and document procedures, workflows and processes.
Strong ability to lead, supervise, coordinate and evaluate employees
Excellent judgement and ability to diagnose, problem-solve and handle complex issues under pressure or in emergency situations
Strong computer literacy

Duties

Inspect and perform preventative maintenance
Install, troubleshoot and repair AC motors, motors pump, air conditioner and electrical wire with product knowledge (transformer, sectionalizer, LBS, Mitsubishi power meter, landis power meter, pump motor, induction motor, power cable, contactor, relay, reetec airconditioner, kyoritsu, solar inverter…)
Making motor control panel such as DOL, StarDelta
Able to climb the pole for transformer maintenance
check quality of product in stock, according to purchase order specification
work with seller to receive problem product from customer and follow up this work with supplier
make the complaint report and problem product report
work with seller to note the sold product to customer
prepare document to provide maintenance service for transformer precise brand
prepare weekly maintenance report and warranty report submit to line manager
Other tasks assigned by management.

Requirements

At least Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or relevant field
Some experiences in electrical engineering design /construction/ maintenance of LV & MV electrical equipment
Has good knowledge of electrical equipment & system such as Distribution transformers, motors, pump, MCB, switchgear, power distribution.
Has good knowledge of engineering drawings and specification preparation and review.
Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills
Familiar with software such as Auto CAD, MS office, Google Earth pro, etc.
Ability to communicate effectively in Khmer & English
Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply
