About the Project

SBAR funds fieldbased activities that expand USAID’s access to emerging technology, products, services, and scientific applications developed by U.S. small businesses. The goal of the T4GC Project is to increase responsiveness, accountability, and transparency of public Waste Management Services (WMS) in Cambodia by enhancing expression of citizens’ rights and participation in governance, while also stimulating sustainable waste management practices in Cambodia. T4GC is being piloted in two sites within Cambodia (Battambang and Banteay Meanchey) and in 28 communes/Sangkats within 10 target districts and municipalities. During year two of implementation T4GC is currently being expanded to two additional scale-up locations in Samraong municipality (4 Sangkats) in Oddar Meanchey province and Kampong Chhnang municipality (4 Sangkats) in Kampong Chhnang province.
