Account Manager

Position Summary

This role is responsible for lead finance team and report of financial data to Management.

Working Days and Hours

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
  • Lunch time: 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain all accounting source documents and good use of Accounting system
  • Establish detailed guidelines and procedures on all Financial Accounting in accordance with the accounting standards
  • Supervise all Accounting activities and provide guidance to Accounting staff in all areas of work. Ensure accuracy of all reports submitted by other Accounting staff
  • Review all transaction record (Cash and Cash Equivalence, Account Receivable, Account Payable, etc.)
  • Assist with analyzing financial statements on a monthly basis and report any variances to the concerned department heads.
  • Review and advise on Cash Flow status
  • Assist with financial and tax audits.
  • Accounted for payroll arrangement if required
  • Monthly Report to Management on company financial status
  • Coordinate and oversee all office activities
  • Keep databases in check and filing requirements
Requirements:
  • Degree in Majoring in Finance and Accounting, or CAT/ ACCA qualification is a plus
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in Accounting, Auditing, Taxation or related field
  • Having experience in real estate developer finance on mixed use development is preffered
  • Proven Ability to effectively deal with multiple priorities, functions and activities and organize personal workflow and communication to meet the needs of all stakeholders
  • Ability to lead a department, organizing internal work to maximize efficiency and accuracy while meeting internal and external timelines
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented person with excellent interpersonal skills and a high degree of confidentiality and discretion and well-developed business ethics
  • Knowledge of local regulation regarding accounting, finances and taxation
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices and financial reporting
  • Good command of English, Chinese is a plus
  • Computer literacy, multiple accounting software packages is a plus
  • Be flexible, diligence, integrity, professional attitude and initiative

Human Resource Officer

Position Summary

This role is responsible for administration and manage HR functions including the whole recruitment process, performance management, employee relations, benefits, compensation and Learning & Development.

Working Days and Hours

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains the company policies and procedures, employee handbook and other application related
  • Develops, implements and maintains effective compliance with labor laws and other compulsory following local requirement.
  • Oversees employee onboarding, induction processes, exit processes and documentation related
  • Oversees and advise on resolving employee relations issues
  • Works on staff payroll, tax declaration and prepare NSSF to government
  • Maintains employee records and files, oversees visa administration
  • Monitors and submits insurance claims
  • Coordinates all leaves of absence and administration in accordance to company policy
  • Leads annual performance management process for staff and leads professional development initiatives for staff
  • Coordinate and oversee all matters related to staff accommodation, facilities, and transport.
  • Encourages a good standard of employee conduct and behavior and coordinates disciplinary procedure as and when necessary.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, human resource management, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources management

Position Summary

This role is responsible for preparing and coordinate with external legal firm on Legal - Contract and Legal - Litigation

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and review draft agreement/contracts
  • Administer all Legal documents and updated records of all signed/final documents and agreements/contractsResponsible on filling legal document to master list
  • Maintain the files and control logs both hard and electronic versions of all documents and coordinate the document control procedure
  • Check and Translate Legal documents 
  • Providing Legal consultancy and support in solving Legal-related issues
  • Ensure the company operations in compliance with local laws and regulations
  • Liaising with external law firms and relevant government institutions.

Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Verify, allocate, and reconcile accounts payable and receivable
  • Process Bank Related Matter such as deposit, withdrawal and bank reconciliation
  • Review monthly tax, sale and purchase record for Tax agency
  • Assist with tax audits and tax returns

  • Support month-end and year-end close process

Position Summary

This role is responsible for coordinate on monthly tax, yearly tax and tax audit process.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and coordinate with accounting team to prepare Monthly and Annual Tax Return
  • Verify and reconcile between accounting records and tax declaration returns
  • Coordinate and support external tax audit process
  • Randomly audit work flow to assure that all accounting transactions are appropriately authorized
  • Follow up external party to identify and report all new regulatory and tax updates
  • Perform other tasks assign by Account Manager.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance, or related tax degree
  • Minimum 2 years working experience in Auditing, Taxation or related field
  • Knowledge of Tax regulation and Tax law
