Position Summary:

A Product Development Manager, or PDM for short, takes the lead on researching, assessing, and coordinating a new product’s build. It’s also their responsibility to manage the development and improvement of existing products to better meet customer needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Determines customers’ needs and desires by specifying the research needed to obtain market information.
  • Recommends the nature and scope of present and future product lines by reviewing product specifications and requirements; appraising new product ideas and/or product or packaging changes.
  • Assesses market competition by comparing the company’s product to competitors’ products.
  • Provides source data for product line communications by defining product marketing communication objectives.
  • Obtains product market share by working with sales director to develop product sales strategies.
  • Assesses product market data by calling on customers with field salespeople and evaluating sales call results.
  • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecasts and special reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and manufacturing.
  • Introduces and markets new products by developing time-integrated plans with sales, advertising, and production.
  • Determines product pricing by utilizing market research data; reviewing production and sales costs; anticipating volume; costing special and customized orders.
  • Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
  • Work closely with marketing team for the new product launching
  • Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and market that will lead to an increase in sales.
  • Identify dealer’s challenges and problem, initiate ideas for solutions, gather customer feedbacks, proposing proposal, manage to close the deal with dealer and coordinating with multi-parties to a successful project and maintain relationship with dealer to ensure the good partnership.
  • Reviewing the existing product performance and initiate the improvement plan when needed
  • Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, then provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
  • Present and consult with management team on business trends with a view to developing new products and market.
  • Manage partnerships, mergers and acquisitions that build market share and product development
  • Ensure effective business information and customer insights are managed, reported on and used to analyse and manage

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field.
  • Experience in sales, marketing or related field at least 5-7 years.

JOB SUMMARY:

A Marketing Executive oversees and develops marketing strategies and campaigns to promote the company’s products, services, campaigns or events that align with consumer behavior patterns and business goals. Marketing Executives works with internal teams to coordinate and execute strategies as well as external parties like news and media organizations to promote events and campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Do research, development and implementation of marketing plan and advertisement.
  • Plan the advertising, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online, fence wall and billboards.
  • Do research, develop and implement of marketing plan and advertisement.
  • Work with design team drafting artwork to deliver marketing message to the target customers.
  • Work with marketing agency to develop marketing digital plan for brand awareness on digital.
  • Monitor the brand awareness on digital and report to line manager.
  • Research competitor products and activities and report to marketing manager.
  • Monitor and analyzing market trends.
  • Check and update POSM report to management on monthly.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing Strategist is responsible for the successful management of digital strategy for company brands. The role requires an innovator, a trendsetter, and a progressive thinker who can connect digital to all other aspects of a company business and drive growth opportunities. The Digital Marketing Strategist answers key questions such as how brands are communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions fit into broader customer experiences.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Creates an effective plan for the digital campaign;
  • Creates practical and creative solutions that would fit for the digital market;
  • Implements marketing strategy that would work on a digital platform;
  • Exposes the product with the use of digital platforms such as SEO, social media, e-mail, content writing (blog), PPC, and SEM;
  • Increasing the social presence of the company and advocate the brand effectively; and
  • Keeps updating with the latest marketing trends, since Google and any other search engines are changing algorithms at times.
