Pact implements the 5-year WE Act Project, funded by USAID. WE Act focuses on empowering young women entrepreneurs in urban centers to access the knowledge, tools, and resources necessary to realize their full potential as entrepreneurs and leaders in their communities. The overall goal of the project is to see young women improve their socio-economic status.
Pact is looking for a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) who will provide support to the Chief of Party (COP) to meet the project’s technical objectives, manage program staff, maintain good working relationships with host government officials and local partners, manage donor reporting and ensure a high-quality delivery of services. Further, the DCOP will have primary responsibility for managing ongoing applied research and ensuring project initiatives in entrepreneurship and civic engagement are responsive to the evolving Cambodian context, working closely with the Chief of Party, project team, other Pact programs, local and international partners
