SBK Research and Development Co., Ltd (SBK R&D), a professional consulting firm, has been established in 1999 to provide consulting services on M&E, Research Studies, IEIA/EIA Studies, Basic/Conceptual Design, Detail Design and Construction Supervision, Land Use Planning, Community Development, and Agri-Business Development. With the significant growth, SBK R&D is in need of the following experts to support its current operation.

Announcement Positions

Business Development Officer (2 Positions)

Duties
  • Identify new business opportunities,
  • Managing CVs database of all staff, associate consultants and consultants,
  • Formatting CVs into required format,
  • Recruiting staff/consultants as per requirement,
  • Preparing contract agreement between SBK R&D and Staff/consultants,
  • Mobilizing project teams and provide follow-up supports to all mobilized project teams,
  • Provide feedback/follow-up information to all associate consultants/consultants on progress of all submitted EOI/Proposals,
  • Conduct site visit to the project site to oversee the project implementation and provide support to the project team in time,
  • Execute other task requested by Manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration or other graduated degree.
  • Excellent in English for reading, writing and speaking skill.
  • Flexible and independent; able to work multi-task while also able to focus on details.
  • Can use Microsoft Offices skillfully and writing email
  • Can work in small team.
  • Be honest, friendly and people person.
 

Accountant (3 Positions)

Duties
  • Preparing order, payment (petty cash, cheque, local transfer, international transfer);
  • Accounting processes (cash management, recording, reports, reconciliations…)
  • Fixed Assets process (records, inventory);
  • Admin process (quotation, contracts with suppliers, stationery management, and equipment management.);
  • Go to bank to deposit/withdraw budget as per requested by the chief of the accounting department.
  • Need to confirm that all expense and income are properly recorded with full support documents
Requirements
  • Master or bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, Economic or other relevant field;
  • Tax agent certification is plus
  • At least 3 years of working experience;
  • Extensive understanding of tax provision and compliance;
  • Have knowledge and experiences with Word, Excel, and Quick Book Pro;
  • Ability to prepare work accurately and timely with attention to details;
  • Strong analytical and research skills and attention to detail;
  • Good in speaking and writing both English and Khmer;
  • Good communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
 

Administrator (3 Positions)

Duties
  • Administrator officer will be dedicated to manage all day-to-day aspect of administrative management including security, cleaning, and office management to ensure smooth operation

Requirements
  • Qualification: At least bachelor degree in management, business administration or other relevant fields, from the reputed universities. Good command of English languages in both writing and speaking are required.

Secretary to Executive Director (1 Position)

Duties
  • Assist Executive Director on Daily Work
  • Prepare both internal and external minute of meeting in Khmer/English
  • Managing all documents/reports/letters in proper order and code,
  • Collecting and submitting all documents from all relevant staff/projects/investment to Executive Director quickly and distributing all singed documents to all respective staff/projects/investment in time and keep one copy (both soft and hard copy) of all signed documents in proper folder and code.
  • Managing meeting schedule for Executive director and alert all the participant before the meeting starts,
  • Produce summary report on all required documents to provide concept note to the Executive Director prior to the meeting start.
  • Provide administration supports,
  • Execute other task requested by Executive Director.
Requirements
  • At least Bachelor Degree of English Literature, Business Administration, or Management from reputed university,
  • At least Three Years of experiences in the field of business development and project management,
  • Must be proficiency in English for Writing, Listening and Speaking,
  • High motivated people and teamwork initiative,
  • Enthusiastic, committed and hard-working.
