BirdLife International is a non-government organization dedicated to the conservation of biodiversity. In partnership with the Government of Cambodia, BirdLife has established a Cambodia Programme that implements nationwide conservation action focusing on birds, their sites and habitats. With funding support from CAMPAS project, BirdLife is supporting to strengthen capacities of Lomphat Wildlife Sanctuary Management Authorities to implement protected area enforcement law, monitoring, and reporting.
Reporting to: Lomphat Project Manager. Must also accept that this post is subordinate to the wildlife sanctuary director.
Reporting to jobholder: All members of the Enforcement Team.
Working relationships: BirdLife Cambodia Programme staff based at Ratanakiri office, seconded Department of Environment rangers.
Overall purpose of job:
To ensure the effective delivery of protected area law via a professional Enforcement Team.
