Objective:
The purpose of this consultancy is to produce high-quality, engaging, and informative videos for the “Let’s Talk Digital!” Program. The videos will help increase public awareness and understanding of digital security and digital rights, especially among online users.
Scope of Work
The consultant will undertake the following tasks:
- Develop scripts for interviews and creative concepts for the videos in collaboration with CCIM in response to the project objectives and workplan provided by CCIM.
- Produce one high-quality video per month (a total of 18 across 18 months) of the interviews with key speakers invited to the podcast shows.
- Edit the recorded interview into a 10-15 min video, reflecting the podcast styles and format, ensuring videos are accurate, engaging, and aligned with digital security and digital rights themes.
- Incorporate feedback from CCIM and make revisions as required.
- Deliver all final video files in agreed formats and within the project timeline.
Deliverables
The consultant is expected to deliver:
- A detailed production plan and timeline for the 18 videos in consultation with the CCIM team.
- 18 produced videos that meet agreed technical and quality standards, ensuring audio/video format or branding of the podcast.
- 36 short videos (2 videos per topic) highlighting important speeches of the speaker and adapted formats of the videos for social media, if required.
- All raw footage and editable files upon project completion
- Final video files delivered in agreed formats and resolutions.
Duration: The consultancy is expected to be carried out across 18 months, starting from February 2026 to August 2027.
Reporting: The consultant will report to Ms. Hok Lida, Program Coordinator of CCIM.
Eligibility
- Required Qualifications and Experience
- Proven experience in video production, including filming and editing.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating high-quality video work, preferably on social or digital issues.
- Experience working with NGOs, media organizations, or advocacy projects is an asset.
- A good understanding of digital security, digital rights, or related topics is an advantage.
- Ability to deliver quality work within agreed timelines.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with the CCIM project team
