Summary of the Position: The Fixed Asset Officer holds a degree in Accounting, Finance and Banking, or any related fields. She/he must have experience in accounting and fixed asset management or inventory control experience tasks for at least 2 years. Native Speaker of Khmer language and good in writing and speaking English is a plus, an enthusiastic and positive work attitude as well as high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy are further characteristics of the Accounting. He/She is accountable for assigned tasks by the Accounting Manager/Finance Manager. Honesty, transparency and accountability are of highest priority and all accounting department staff will follow these principles under guidance, training and control of the Accounting Manager/Finance Manager.
Reports to : Accounting Manager/Finance Manager
Responsibilities : A Fixed Asset Officer manages the long-term property and equipment companies use for business, such as land, buildings, mechanical equipment, furniture and office equipment. He/She is in charge of protecting these assets and monitoring their depreciation.
Reports to: Bus Fleet Supervisor
Responsible for: All bus drivers, bus assistants, bus fleet intern and bus owner.
Prerequisites : The Nurse holds a Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in nursing.
Relationships : The Nurse is responsible for addressing referrals, reports to and is supervised by the School Principal. He/She works closely with all teachers, and his/her team to develop ensure the health and wellness needs of all students are being met.
Purpose: The post holder’s principal accountability will be to:

Prerequisites : The DSAM typically has a profound educational background in Business Administration and vast experience in a leading position in the administrative department of an international school. High proficiency in Khmer and English language as well as very good organization and communication skills are imperative.
Relationships : The D.S.A.M. acts as the second-in-command Administrator of the school and must maintain a strong and constructive relationship with the Administration team members, the school director, the academic supervisors and the accounting manager. His respectful, supportive and friendly interaction with all staff, students and parents is as crucial as his leadership skills towards his administration, maintenance and school bus fleet staff. The D.S.A.M. reports directly to the S.A.M. He is supported by administrative assistants and interns who are all under his direct supervision.
Administration : The D.S.A.M. is responsible for the implementation of a functioning administrative framework that supports all school operations, programs and events, and in particular the academic departments. Cost-effectiveness and the creation of a supportive and reliable network with school suppliers are main aspects of his/her daily administrative tasks and duties.
Safety and Maintenance : The D.S.A.M. must make sure that school is a safe and clean environment for all students, as well as a comfortable and safe workplace for teachers and staff. The D.S.A.M. is in charge of all safety, security and maintenance related issues, provides training to his/her staff and ensures the availability of all necessary resources.

Responsible for: Administration, Maintenance, Safety and Security, Bus Fleet and Procurement
Prerequisites : The Front Desk Officer typically possesses an educational background in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications and PR or any related field. She/he must have experience in administrative tasks and duties for at least 2 years. Native speaker level of English and Khmer language, strong service orientation, an enthusiastic and positive work attitude as well as high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy are further characteristics of the Front Desk Officer.
Relationships : The Front Desk Officer acts as the connection point among parents to department and department to department. The employee reports on daily bases to the S.A.M, disseminates information to and creates a constructive and collaborative relationship with all office staff, parents, students and externality.

Responsible for: Ensuring effective communication among all parents, students, staff and teachers, and outsiders; processing enrollment process; managing all student files and waiting list students; and maintaining a good customer service.
Requirements : The Stock Controller typically has an educational background in Business Administration or Accounting and experience in the administrative work. High proficiency in Khmer and English language as well as very good organization and communication skills are necessary to perform the tasks and duties. The ability to work with 100% accuracy is imperative.

Responsible for: Issue any payments and ensure that the payments are accurate.
Prerequisites :The Teacher-Librarian typically possesses a Bachelor’s degree in Education or any field supplemented by a post-graduate certificate as well as a background in teaching and librarianship. Native speaker level of English language, strong service orientation, excellent communication skills, an enthusiastic and positive work attitude as well as high level of cultural sensitivity and empathy are further characteristics of the Teacher - Librarian
Relationships : The Teacher – Librarian acts as the connection point between the library, students and teachers. The Teacher – Librarian must facilitate visits from students and classes on a daily basis, recording books checked in and out from the library.

Responsible for:The Teacher – Librarian is responsible for their day to day teaching activities, as well as the daily maintenance and organization of the school’s libraries.
SUMMARY OF THE POSITION
Procurement Officer processes purchasing transactions for equipment, materials, supplies, capital goods, and services.
