Head, HR & Administration (1 Position)
Job brief: Head of HR and Administration will be strategic and innovative in translating IJM’s vision into HR initiatives that will improve performance and employee engagement. It also consists of maintaining and enhancing IJM’s human resources by planning, implementing, developing and maintaining employee relations, internal regulations, and regulatory compliance to the local laws, human resource policies, procedures and practices. This position will support, encourage and motivate employees and provide adequate staff care as well as directing all central administrative services to function effectively and efficiently.
- Master’s degree, human resources management, law or equivalent;
- At least 7 years’ experience in a human resources management in a senior management;
- At least 5 years’ experience in supervisory role and managing teams;
- In-depth knowledge of the Cambodia labor law, NGO law, NSSF law, tax law, administrative law and other regulations.
- Fluent written and spoken Khmer and English;

Caseworker (1 Position)
Job brief: Responsible for conducting and monitoring labor trafficking investigations.
- University degree in relevant field such as criminal justice, social work and psychology;

Senior Associate, M&E and Data (1 Position)
Job brief: Responsible for the design and implementation of IJM Cambodia’s M&E frameworks and procedures, and for ensuring the capture and accurate recording of program data.
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Statistics or a related field;
- Graduate degree preferred;
- M&E certification desirable;
- At least two years’ experience in program monitoring, data management and/or evaluation – including any of,
- Designing, managing, or monitoring a program;

Manager, Risk and Security (1 Position)
Job brief: Responsible for providing the Cambodia Field Office with technical and operational expertise in security management.

- At least 3 years’ experience managing security operations, preferably for non-profit or international organizations;

Program Lead (1 Position)

- Master’s degree in International Development, Public Policy, Economics, Data Science, Public Health, Criminal Justice, or another related field;
- At least 8 years of experience in applied research, program design, monitoring and evaluation and data use, as well as program management experience;

- And strong experience in qualitative and quantitative methods, data collection, database development and management, and analytics.
Strategic Partnerships, Sr. Lead (1 Position)
Location: Hong Kong (permanent)
Job brief: Responsible for playing a critical leadership role in building strategic partnerships and scaling major donor revenue in Hong Kong including administrative support, optimizing processes and data management systems that drive growth and effective execution, building communication tools to retain and nurture partnerships, and collaborating with other regional IJM Advancement and Program staff on collaborative partnerships, donor engagement, and communication. This position is based in Hong Kong office and reports to the IJM Hong Kong Director.
- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Non-profit Management, Marketing/Communications, Asian Studies, or other relevant area of study;
- At least 8 years of experience working in a combination of organizational process development, program management and implementation, and/or marketing and communications;
- At least 2 years of experience managing volunteer or full-time staff.
Lead, Proposal & Report Writer (1 Position)
Location: APAC
Job brief: Responsible for developing compelling proposals that engage and persuade, follow-up reports that meet partner commitments and increase repeat, long-term investment, as well as identifying key areas of research, data, storytelling or more that IJM should develop to improve the quality and return on our proposals and more.
- BA/BS degree in English or Communications;
- 5+ years as a writer, proposal writer, or in business development;

Prospect Researcher (1 Position)
Location: APAC (part-time contractor)
Job brief: Responsible for providing timely, thoughtful, and accurate research and analysis of major donor information, including individuals, foundations, corporations, philanthropy networks and other prospects, to IJM Australia, IJM Hong Kong, IJM Korea and IJM Singapore and more.
- At least three years’ development research experience, specifically major gift fundraising, in Asia Pacific;
- Knowledge of prospect management best practices and work experience in either designing or working within more formalized protocols;

Program Management Consultant (1 Position)
Location: Malaysia (full-time contract through June 2021)
Job brief: the Consultant will carry out all aspects of new program development and office start-up in Malaysia, including obtaining a bank account, developing job descriptions and commencing staff recruitment, identifying and securing initial office space, facilitating security assessments and initial mitigation plans, and other technical support services.
