Head of Sales
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing the team through motivation, counseling, skills development, and product knowledge development.
- Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Responsible for managing the growing sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout the country.
- Assist in the development of the annual sales plan and achievement of KPIs
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of the sales team by establishing processes involving the system of reports and communications
- Responsible for Operation vendor on-boarding team
- Personally, observe the performance of the whole sales team on a regular basis.
- What do you bring to the table?
- Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications, Marketing or equivalent.
- Proven sales experience preferably with F&B industry or in e-commerce or start-ups
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- At least 8 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- At least 5 years of experience managing a team
- Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills

Government Affair Manager
- Manage end-to-end government affairs program for the company, representing foodpanda in governmental and industry engagements
- Build a network and relations with the relevant stakeholders and help to advocate, negotiate
- or defend the company’s positions on various issues
- Identify and analyse core priorities and issues relevant for Cambodia
- Engage with key regulators, officials, representatives and, where relevant, local,
- international or foreign governments
- Monitor and recommend actions on developments in the market
- Build up the Government Relations function over time as it evolves with business needs
- Manage external agencies or consultants
- Navigate and manage complex crisis incidents using strong problem-solving skills
- Frequent travel within Cambodia and other locations will be required
- 5+ years' experience in government, government affairs, public policy or stakeholder
- relations, ideally with a focus on e-commerce
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (government affairs, law, political science, public
- administration, public relations
- Interest in the business and related technology.
- Excellent communications skills (both oral and written) in English
- Working knowledge of any other language, especially Asian, as a definite plus

Finance Planning Manager
We are looking for a highly driven and motivated Financial, Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager / FP&A Controller to join our fast-growing team here in Cambodia. If you are looking for a place where you can gain hands-on experience and create direct impact, then this may be the place for you! The ideal candidate should have around 6 years of experience with substantial knowledge in SAP, GL Accounting, IFRS and Local GAAP. You must have a strong command of English, be a strong team player and be comfortable supporting an INTERNATIONAL team especially since you will be working cross-functionally with local teams, regional teams in Singapore and Central Teams in Germany.
- Obtain and maintain a thorough understanding of Group Financial Reporting and Country Financial Reporting requirements.
- Lead and drive the submission of monthly financial statements in the Group Reporting Tool.
- Own Month-End Close Checklist, ensure the finance team has completed all JE postings and validate accounting entries on SAP before submission to Central.
- Ensure that the Balance Sheet and P&L postings in SAP are done in accordance with IFRS.
- Ensure intercompany postings are validated and correctly posted in SAP and also in Group Reporting Tool.
- Provide preliminary analysis on Revenue, GP and EBITDA for regional FP&A during month-end close.
- Lead monthly reconciliation of accounts between SAP and Group Reporting Tool.
- Review FTE data by local HR and own the reporting of FTE in the Group Reporting Tool.
- Own reporting of core KPIs in Group Reporting Tool.
- Validate disputes by checking records and supporting documents for accuracy.
- Liaise with Group Accounting on Accounting Policies, applications and General Ledger Structure.
- Monitor cost trends on SAP and communicate any causes of unexpected variances.
- Continually automate, streamline, and improve current reporting, operational and accounting processes to improve business efficiency in the region.
- Strong Command of English (Written and Spoken)
- At least 10 years of experience in relevant Accounting or FP&A roles.
- Willingness and ability to adapt to a fast past business model and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge language barriers – you must be able to work collaboratively with diverse groups of people.
- CA, ACCA, CPA or equivalent professional qualification in Accounting.
- Demonstrable knowledge of IFRS, financial reporting and internal controls.
- Humility and the desire to challenge one’s self beyond the comfort zone is essential for this role.
Billing Manager
- Knowledge of (or experience in) tech industry or fast paced environments

Digital Payment Manager
- Lead the operationalization of digital payment solutions on foodpanda’s platforms.
- Work in close cooperation with all divisions of our Regional and Global Digital Payments Teams and all key internal and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure that foodpanda users have the best customer experience while using foodpanda’s digital payment features.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient operations of all digital payments systems and instruments from an internal and external perspective.
- Ensure compliance of foodpanda’s digital payment features with relevant laws and regulations.
- Keep abreast with digital payment regulations and ensure alignment with foodpanda’s business objectives.
- Carry out market research to present the best practices in the world of online and digital money transactions and payments, to gather concrete customer insights and requirements, and to provide global benchmarks.
- Develop a streamlined process for subsequent rollouts of digital payment features of foodpanda across the country.
- At least five (5) years of relevant experience working in a company that offers digital payment solutions.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in working for an E-wallet company
- Strong experience of building and executing the strategy for digital payment solutions
- Strong experience in managing all business operations related to providing digital payment solutions.
- Strong experience in understanding the customer needs when it comes to digital payment solutions and scoping them in an efficient manner.
