HR Supervisor (1 Position)

- Oversees, reviews, develops, and executes HR policies and procedures.
- Reviews time sheet processing for both full time and part time employees/teachers.
- Supervises and provides supports to HR Payroll and C&B officers for smooth operation and documentation of payroll and C&B.
- Processes payroll, including stop pays, reversals and manual checks, according to WIS process.
- Processes new hire, transfer, resignation and termination requests in payroll.
- Be responsible for data entry and filing for applicant tracking.
- Maintains and updates employee and human resources files.
- Coordinates updates of staff profile: staff information change, contract, other staff supporting document and filing.
- Ensures all effective and updated information to all HR Officers in Campuses and assist them to ensure the right track of HR function.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Verify monthly staff resignation report.
- Issue employment certificates to staff whenever there is requirement.
- Monitor HR database system and give orientation for new staff on database system record.

- Prepares the examination and exam schedule for semester and supplementary exams.
- Supports teachers to collect all exam papers for Registrar’s Department.
