Marketing Manager

Position Summary

Job Summary:

Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the company's marketing initiatives. Uses market research and analysis to direct marketing strategy and planning. Oversees the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Develop marketing strategies and tactics for company business.
  • Deploy successful marketing campaigns and implementation from ideation to execution.
  • Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels on social media such as Facebook, Instagram and other platforms.
  • Plan and organize event for the company when required.
  • Identify and evaluate competitors plan and strategy in the market.
  • Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and Facebook page that attracts customer.
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, social media influencers, and vendors.
  • Prepare and monitor the marketing budget and allocate funds wisely and effectively.
  • Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners, artworks, to promotional banners, and case studies.
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.
  • Analyze consumer behavior and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree or Master degree in marketing, business administration or related field.
  • Experience with creating a marketing campaign, marketing strategy, and marketing plan.
  • Experience with digital marketing, including social media, and content marketing.
  • Understanding of public relations.
  • Ability to lead and manage team.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt to change.
  • Good computer skill: Microsoft Office, Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Good command in spoken and written in English.
 
 

Human Resources Executive

Position Summary

Job Summary:

As an H.R Executive you will be assigned to work mainly on recruitment, your job is to find people to fill open positions. You will be assigned to work in the H.R department of company.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Prepare staffing plan by analyzing staff need for replacement and new position.
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs announcement to appropriate channel such as: Facebook Page, Recruitment Website, LinkedIn, Telegram, and colleges etc.
  • Source and reach out to qualified candidates for current open roles.
  • Conduct screening and shortlisting for qualified candidate to contact for interview.
  • Schedule and conduct an interview for shortlisted candidate.
  • Select the most qualified candidate then conduct a background check and reference check before contacting for job offer.
  • Prepare induction program for new recruits by welcome new recruits and give presentation on company background, policy and so on.
  • Prepare contract sign and collect legal document such as National I.D, employment letter, and certification, etc. from new recruits.
  • Collect document from foreign employees to process for work visa.
  • Build good relationship with school, college, employment agency, N.E.A, and other partner to promote our recruitment program.
  • Other tasks assigned by H.R Manager.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Bachelor degree in Business Management, or any relevant fields
  • At least 1-year proven work experience in H.R field, or similar role
  • Experience with recruitment is a plus
  • Enjoy working with people and patient, tactful, and approachable
  • Good command of English and computer skills
  • Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance)
  • Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
 
 

Fashion Merchandiser

Position Summary

Job Summary:

Fashion merchandiser is the strategic analyzer, manager, and distributer of fashion products in order to maximize profits. Fashion merchandisers stay acutely aware of past and present fashion trends to project what consumers will want in the future.

Merchandisers are not fashion designers. He/she stays close to the fashion world and use their fashion sense and analytical minds to determine how much of each style to purchase and stock, negotiate with manufacturers, suppliers, and work with fashion designers to determine emerging or existing trends.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Keep up with the latest Fashion trend and communicate regularly with fashion designers in order to blend fashion sense with quantitative analysis by looking at how products have performed in the past and forecast consumer demands for upcoming seasons.
  • Use knowledge of fashion and trend analyzing to decide how to purchase and stock a retail store. Decide which new styles to order, which items to reorder, quantity of each items, colors and sizes to stock.
  • Purchase and negotiate with manufacturers and designers to make sure items can be priced in a way that will sell and make a profit.
  • Determine how each store should be stocked based on store sales performance, different customer demographics, and store environment.
  • Prepare budget planning for monthly stock purchase for upcoming season, and present it to management for approval.
  • Schedule timeline from production, to finish product and delivery to ensure on-time for the season.
  • Other tasks assigned by Managing Director.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • BA/BS degree in Fashion Design or related field
  • 2-year+ experiences in a product management role
  • A strong ability in forecasting, analytical, negotiation, and communication skill
  • Understand fashion trend and its demand
  • English: usable for medium-professional setting
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe Suites
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail
 
 

Fashion Designer

Position Summary

Job Summary:

You will bring your designs to life by reviewing samples, attending fittings, and collaborating with product development, merchandising, and production teams.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Under the direction of the Design Department Manager, identifying creative concepts, mood-boards, and trends for the incoming season.
  • Create design tech packs for production of women apparel and accessories.
  • Being involved in fitting and communicating the fit comments to our local and overseas suppliers.
  • Determine corrections to achieve fit by manipulating garment / accessories and/or pattern and flat technical sketches
  • Stay up to date with current trends, innovations and technologies as well as go above and beyond to create and source new concepts.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Minimum bachelor’s degree in fashion design/product, ideally with training in Technical Design & Pattern-making
  • 1+ years’ experience in the fashion industry on a similar role
  • Must have live model fit experience and good knowledge of pattern-making & garment construction
  • English, full professional proficiency
  • A good understanding of fabrics
  • Proficient in MS Office and Adobe programs
  • Have a strong team collaboration and networking attitude.
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong attention to detail

Visual Merchandiser

Position Summary

Job Summary:

Visual Merchandisers are responsible for designing and creating attractive visual displays for retail outlets. As creative and innovative thinkers, they use their skills in visual design and space utilization to enhance the aesthetic appeal of window displays, walkways, counters, and in-store displays.

Expectations - Duties, Responsibilities
  • Define, structure and execute the creative visual merchandising strategy including: applicable standards, setting product, visual communication, and graphic
  • Create an attractive and eye-catching visual display through the entire store
  • Make window displays, signs, interior displays, and special promotional displays
  • Identify key messages and set a clear image of the end result
  • Create, revise, and present design ideas with the other merchandiser
  • Act in arrangement to the association's culture, items, picture and target market
  • Make changes on displays to promote new product launches and reflect seasonal themes
  • Create display guideline and monitor store staff to display as the guideline.
Requirements - Skills, Qualifications, Experience
  • Fresh graduate or university student in visual merchandising, fashion design, or any relevant field
  • Extensive experience or knowledge in the field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays, and space utilization
  • Knowledge of current visual merchandising trends and fashion
  • Proficiency with Microsoft office.
